Ye Olde Fish & Chippe Shoppe in Arun

Absolutely gutted to learn that the gluten free option has recently been rendered useless to my partner. All items are now cooked in the same oil as everything else. Such a shame. We will now be forced to go elsewhere.

The fish and chips at this shoppe in Middleton are the best in the area hands down. It gets busy so one tip is to phone in your order in advance and pick it up when you want it.

Me and my mum ordered large plaice, and chips twice. Had to wait 15 minutes, was served small instead. The fish was overcooked, tasted like a bad fishcake and batter tasted terrible. It most probably was from freezer and it smelled of old fish. Chips were little and about not bigger then 1inch on average, not looking like the chips at all... I am local and would never buy here again

From best chip shop turned pretty much into the worst. 4th time now chips are old and dry, when every time asked for lots of vinegar and end up getting hardly any at all on chips. Will be going elsewhere when i want nice chips.

Best chip shop in the UK. So friendly and the food is cooked to perfection never greasey. They get so busy so make sure you ring your oreder in before heading down

Just had a brilliant fish and chips here, quick efficient service and very friendly staff. The fish and chips was superb probably one of the best I've had for a long time!Reasonable prices and the curry sauce was stunning!If you're in the area make sure you get your fish and chip fix here!

One of the best chippies in the world of West Sussex! I used to visit here with my mum and dad when we came down on holiday from Scotland, back in the early 70's. Friendly staff, amazing fish and chips and lots of memories. I now live in Cornwall and had to get fish and chips when I was up visiting recently. So glad it's still going and still fabulous!

Amazing fish and chips, I personally like the Haddock although they do sometimes take longer to serve this due to the specially cooking as not all customers would order it. Very useful car park making it easy to order and pick up! Our go to pickup takeaway in the area!

Great local fish & chips.It’s been a long running family favourite for many years, for a good reason it’s great.It’s very consistent, food is always good. We commonly get cod and chips. And the curry sauce is just perfect.It is a touch more expensive compared to others around, but well worth a visit. And wholly recommended.
