I am local to this lovely place and visit here regularly, the staff are always friendly polite and courteous even at their busiest times!! Everything there is cooked from fresh so it’s always worth the wait, food is fab!! Totally recommend this little piece of heaven in our corner of Chilham!! So if you go there to eat, just remember that they are busy because the food is good so be nice and enjoy the place and relax while you wait xxxxxxx

There have been some changes here, not as many animals, a lot more plants to choose from. Friendly staff and a nice cafe with children's play area. Plenty of car parking space though access and exit in and out of the car park use the same piece of road at the moment, so patience and turn taking is needed.

Popped in with our 6 month old baby to show him the animals. It's definitely changed since the last time I visited. Chickens, goats and sheep. A couple of ponies. The garden centre has a huge variety of plants but we found them to be very expensive. We ate in the cafe and the food was amazing. I had the best quiche ever and the portions were huge. Would definitely return for the food and the goats who kept my 6 month old entertained.

Popped in for a look at the plants and animals. Very good selection of top quality plants both young and more mature ones. The café serves very nice carrot cake and coffee. All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. All animals were well looked after with plenty of room to move around in.

Lovely place to visit for all ages, has a play park & animals. No picnics & cafe is quite expensive hence only 4*

Excellent place with a very extensive range of plants to choose from. Well presented areas. Knowledge of plants and very helpful staff, managers and younger girls alike.. Animals for children to go and see and well looked after. Children's play area clean and tidy with places to sit. Cafe area clean and tidy and food well presented and reasonably priced compared to some other places. Large car park. All in all an excellent pleasant place to visit.

Came for lunch today with some friends. Amazing choices for lunch and very generous portions! Delicious cakes and the ploughman's lunch was gorgeous! Great place to bring the kids, wonderful outside area and added bonus were the animals! A lovely well stocked nursery for plants. Will 100% be back again and again!

Close to Chilham village along the A28.Great place to eat and drink with plenty of choices on the menu from main meals to light snacks. Cream teas look great also.Plenty of places to sit indoor or outdoor.Great fast service with very polite service manner. There is a kids play area just along side the very nicely combined garden centre. There are some toilets available with just basic needs just outside alongside the garden plant area. There are some lovely plant choices to be made at very reasonable prices.Nice gift shop in the cafeteria area with attractive unique gifts to be bought.Easy free parking close to the restaurant and garden centre.I would definitely recommend a visit for a nice relaxing experience to your day.

We found this place by accident and were very happy about it. Ideal for families and also wheelchair accessible. Lovely food well priced, beautiful garden centre and also plenty of animals to pet - from emus to donkeys. Will definitely go back
