Ordered £50 worth of food on JustEat, they accepted the order, called me and said they couldn’t fulfil my order.They said I had to cancel through JustEat, but when I tried to I was told it would still cost me full price (£50) even if I cancel.I called them back and explained they had to cancel it their end, and they said they couldn’t cancel the order.They said the boss would be informed and cancel my order the following day but instead they decided to mark the entire order as delivered and charged me £50 for nothing. Horrible service. First time experience and I won’t ever be returning, or any of my friends either (big bulk order)

Ordered chicken kebab meal, forgot the drink, no pitta bread and meat just squashed in same box on top of chips. To top it off food was luke warm. Not happy will not buy from them ever again, nor would I recommend to anyone.

Not happy, taken over an hour and to send a message through just eat to get through to them because I've tried over 16 times to get through to an engaged line each time. finally gets delivered, the driver says something about the drivers are lost and now my food is frigging cold!!!!! Will not be ordering from here again and I want my money back!!

Do not bother to come here! It is awful!! If the concierge had not recommended this place I would have never tried it. WARNING! Do not always follow their advice. Instead, always check online first to make sure it is something you want to try. The waiter was rude and was annoyed that we did not speak French.The dessert he recommended was too hot and my daughter burned her mouth. I called the host and he was insulted and tried to argue it was good. Disgusting! They have no common sense. Very disappointed.

Food here is lovely but was very upset when I booked for 19.30 and it arrived at 18.20. I booked 19.30 as partner was not due home till 19.10. I told the delivery man that he was too early but he said they were busy. I pay £3 for delivery as I am 4.2 miles away from the shop. On the receipt it has 19.30 delivery. The food had to be given to the dogs as it was cold by the time my partner came home from work and I would not consider reheating lamb and salad. I rang them up quite upset and again was fobbed off with them being busy and from reading other reviews this has happened to others also. The key here is not to order in advance as they ignore what time you have asked for. Partner will not let me order from here again. I wish I ha refused to take the delivery this early. What a waste of money. Dogs enjoyed it though.
