Nice country style pub with friendly staff. Food was nice and we went with a selection of sides rather than a main with drinks. There are large groups (kids party or birthday celebration) so can be slightly noisy but don’t let that put you off as it’s very popular place. Would recommend.

My friend and I come here for lunch frequently. We always have just a starter and s bowl of chips and a glass of wine each. Food is always exceptional and staff are always friendly and efficient. We only spend about 1.5 hours but love it.

What a gorgeous pub!!! Probably one of the loveliest looking pubs I've been to. Food was really nice and atmosphere was great. Staff were super friendly and dealing with the outcome of storm really well!

Whilst they advertise as being child friendly which is true but there isn't a child menu so not as child friendly as would expect. Food was OK, limited choice. Lovely interior and very cosy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good varied menu that caters for vegetarians and vegans as well. Great ambience, excellent food and service. We have been here before and it never disappoints.

So the food was incredible, a nice selection of more than just traditional pub food. Was seated and told a menu would be bought over, waited for over 20 minutes before having to ask for a menu but that was the only downside. Perhaps short staffed with covid? Would recommend and could have easily been 5 stars.
