Came here for dinner for my birthday this year and we had the loveliest waitress called Sally serving us. Made us feel so comfortable and welcome and in a complete feel good mood! Definitely coming back! 🙏🏽

Just got home from another perfect meal. We went to celebrate my sons 15th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. It’s always the place he chooses for his birthday. He loves the fuss they make of him and Sally our waitress was just the best. I think we have had Sally as our waitress the last 3 times we have been there and she always makes us feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Sally for being so amazing as always. You make our visits even better.Great food. Great staff what more can you ask for!!

5 star service from our lovely waitress Freya, she was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, she is a great asset to your restaurant! The food was excellent and the mocktail I had was very tasty! Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

Worst service ever! The guy serving us was seriously so upsetting. First of all didn’t even make us feel welcomed, just put the menu on the table and left. Wouldn’t even come over to ask for drinks, kept walking past us trying to avoid eye contact. So every time he walk past we had to keep calling him yet kept asking us to wait when there was hardly any costumers. Waited nearly over an hour for our food still didn’t get it. Talked to the manager, clearly didn’t help. Didn’t listen to anything we said, kept defending him. Made it seem like it was us who wasn’t ready for the order and that he kept coming over to ask us to take our order, which was completely the opposite. They were focusing more on delivery orders rather than the restaurant orders. The people in front of us left as well, they were being completely ignored. We left the restaurant with no food in our table and non of them were even apologetic. Ruined our night, not to mention we were a big group of 8. Please, stop opening your restaurants for eat in if you are only capable of handling deliveries.

Freya has been a Banging server all day. She's very quick providing a Swift service with the most kindest service I've had in a restaurant for a while. Very warm and inviting atmosphere for the whole family, definitely will be returning.

I am slightly late with this review but I attended the ashford restaurant in the late afternoon and they were busy but the noise levels were not too much. I had a slight mark on my glass and I had many apologise from staff and felt valued. Our waitress; Sally, was absolutely amazing. She was very fast with her serving, kept checking on us which was great because we needed sauce and more drinks. I will definitely visit again.

Just stopped for a quick drink before the cinema....... Guy at the bar was cool and very welcoming!Was really busy in the place which was good to see and lots of masks where people could wear them!

Amazing server, amazing food. The loaded fries with bacon and cheese are so nice would recommend going staff are friendly

Had lunch here this afternoon, and it was delicious. I had the calamari to start, tomato pasta for main and the cookie dough for afters! All delicious. And to make the experience even better Sally the Waitress was amazing! She was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. ☺️ THANK YOU SALLY!! Hopefully we will see you again next time we come for a meal. 👍

My sirloin steak was served with burnt chips and after I pointed this out to one of the waitresses, this was promptly sorted out. ​Can't fault their top-notch service!The supposedly medium-cooked sirloin steak was disappointing as it was over done.Frankie & Benny's is a great restaurant chain; however, based on my less-than-stellar dining experience this evening, I don't think I'll be making a revisit anytime soon.
