Used this restaurant for an Uber delivery, really not impressed. Over £5 for prawn toast of which was 2 slices of soggy fried bread with a few sesame seeds thrown on! What a waste of £23, setting fire to a £20 note would of given me more satisfaction than eating what I just did. WILL NOT be using this place again.

We used to always order from here, however last Tuesday we ordered and we will never again. We got chicken chow main and it was really watery and soggy like it had been reheated. The chips were really dark and dry like they had been reheated. Was disgusting, I complained through uber eats and never heard back. Made me and my partner ill.

I used to LOVE this place but I just received an order which was simply awful! The spring rolls were far too peppery, the pork was 85% fat and looked only just cooked and the noodles were overcooked! Also, tye pork no longer is the tasty red chinese pork but instead it is slices of beige fat with little bits of meat attached! I will NEVER be using you again! £30 down the drain :'(

Ordered at 6.10pm I phoned at 7.30pm to see where it was. They told me it was going to be another hour. I phone again at 8.45pm. They told me it's ready just waiting for a driver. I phone again at 9.25pm for them to say it's on its way. I didn't get a single apology for the massive delay and the guy on the phone was rude and didn't even seem bothered! Will not be ordering from there again and I will tell friends and family not to. Very rude staff!

I hardly put a review online and definitely not the 1st visit to a restaurant because most of them are never consistent. I have tried more than 25 Chinese restaurants across Kent and Midlands but NONE CAN BE COMPARED to Ga Wah. This Ga wah guys are absolutely lovely, make food to taste and specifications. They would save you any day. My advise to the restaurant is to keep up their consistency. Orders to both Chilmington crescent and William Harvey hospital were splendid. Welldone

Honestly don't know what's gone wrong with this place. AWFUL SERVICE!! Their delivery times are shocking busy or not! Ordered at 6:25pm and it was accepted for 7:50pm which was enough to make me want to cancel already, but I'd placed my order online and payed via card. 8pm and still no delivery. After a few calls going to answer phone, I finally got through and they said it was on its way and if it doesn't arrive within 15-20 mins to phone back and they will chase the driver?! 20 mins later I had to phone again as still no food. They got the driver on the phone whilst I was on hold and then come back and said the drivers still ten minutes away and nothing but a sorry.Food finally arrived at 8:40pm... Well over 2 hours from when I ordered and 40 minutes from when it was meant to be out for delivery. Absolutely appalling. The chips were soggy as was the chilli beef. The chicken balls were greasy and tasted of old oil, and all food was cold, with barely any warmth. Not enjoyable at all. So not only is their delivery times shocking, so is their food!Having read other reviews on Facebook and Google, I should have stayed well clear. I certainly won't be ordering again. Just some advice.... Instead of being greedy with accepting every order you can, don't accept what you clearly can't accommodate or agree to!

Best Chinese in Ashford for my liking. Like most places it can vary but even the worst I've had from here is better than other places. They aren't afraid to be heavy on the spice which I love and many of their dishes are the best I've had of that respective dish. Prices are reasonable for the area and staff are always friendly. I've had both delivery and collection from there without issue and always use their own app to buy from them. It has issues with the given ETA but a quick call and they are always happy to give you an accurate one.
