Visited coffee shop in tesco, Ashford on 3/3/22 with friend. Asked for pot of tea for two and rainbow cake. Cake was inedible. Only

Whilst the coffee and food are good, and the prices reasonable, please don't visit in work clothes as you will be made very unwelcome. The younger staff are friendly. The older one doesn't want you sitting at their indoor tables if you are wearing hi-viz, will direct you to go elsewhere, and reluctantly serve take-away only. Appalling treatment of paying customers.

Came to Tesco expecting a cafe with hot food and found this place, I wasn’t impressed, had some sort breakfast wrap that tasted so bland and over priced , the Latte was good, Nicely spaced out. But I much prefer a Tesco cafe than a coffee shop, to many supermarkets are going this way.

Used to have a nice finish and pattern on the top of the coffees. The croissant was over fired with a burnt taste. Isn’t as good as it used to be which is a pity.

Friendly, hard working staff. Excellent latte and tasty New York Deli Flatbread. And a free pastry with a medium hot drink. What's not to like?

How on earth can this get a lower score.The staff here are absolutely fantastic..a credit to tesco. There always smiling polite and never to much for them to give a helping hand when needed. Coffee is great too.. and there sausage rolls are to die for.However I was disappointed with a customer saying to a member of staff for get the tea as she didn't like to wait.Not that she was waiting long. Very rude to the lovely lady behind the till. And the cashier was brilliant... Must admit I couldn't do her job and face customers with an attitude. Well done Harris&hoole
