Kam's Kam's Chinese Takeaway in Ashford

Ordered previously from here and had a fantastic meal, the last meal we had was greasy, oily and barely warm upon arrival after being told it had left we waited nearly an hour for it. After calling the restaurant to not necessarily complain but just to let them know the meal wasn't as good as last time they got very shirty over it and are completely unable to take customer feedback. Called again this evening to give it another go in the hope of having another fab meal and been told they won't deliver to us now. WOW so here's me letting you all know don't bother giving them another go if you get a not so nice meal because they won't deliver to you again!!! Absolutely shocking clearly don't need customers

Food was up to standard, arrived fairly quickly. However I found the customer service over the phone to be rather rude and dismissive. Also had to phone again as no one offered that we could pay over the phone after we had said we had cash, the call was abruptly ended. Not friendly. Overall I’d say an average experience.

I have to say most Chinese restaurants very oily this restaurant is the absolute best I have ever ate well done a+++

Always quick to pick up, always tasty, always hot and always leaves me wanting more. I couldn't imagine ordering from any other Chinese to be honest. The sweet and sour tofu is my favourite and husband loves beef in black bean sauce and crispy chilli beef.

I love this Chinese so much that I crave it for days after I have eaten it. Their Sweet and Sour Tofu is yummy and their Chow Mein is the best in Ashford. I always get the crispy seaweed and mini spring rolls too. Get it from here regularly and can never fault it! My husband loves their Tofu in Black Bean sauce.

Was a good Chinese takeaway and got the order spot on. I would suggest that the access to the door needs looking at as it is not idea and felt abit like climbing up a little hill when trying to get in. Not something that people eating a Chinese takeaway are that interested in doing. The staff were okay, not rude but not very engaging and the food was also just okay. Could easily boost the rating if these things were looked at.

This is, IMHO, the best Chinese takeaway in Ashford - and I've tried them all. 4 stars instead of 5 because the service could be more friendly. But other than that, the food is really good. I love the Singapore rice noodles and my wife loves the Roast pork fried rice and the Chow Mein. I recommend this takeaway.
