What can I say, the desserts are delicious, prices are reasonable, quick service. The sundaes are smaller than they used to be. But we arrived at 12 which is when they open and it wasn't as clean as I expected it looks like they only clean where people walk, under the table was sticky and you could see the dirt, the glass was also dirty on the door entering the toilets which makes me wonder if they actually clean the door handles etc.

Good god this place is great!! If I wasn’t a diabetic before I started I certainly am now, but it’s so worth it!! Salted caramel tart for me and a Bananaberry crepe for my wife ( it took nearly 35 minutes to get that decision, she wanted about 11 things off the menu!!)Staff polite and friendly, even when my rather warped sense of humour emerged! If in the area please expect a return visit!!Many thanks

I Have tried in Canterbury before, this time I was in Ashford and the place didn't disappoint either. Bit pricey the waffle, ice-cream selection but really to die for. You better to go there with empty stomach. Otherwise no way you could finnish all up.Sugar rush heaven 😉😁

Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Good staff and plenty of seating. My favourite is the reese's peanut butter shake. Would recommend and will visit again.

Good to see places like this coming to Ashford!Ordered the cookie dough and although it feels like sacrilege to say it - it was better than cookie dough at Pizza Hut!Big portions - would recommend sharing if you’re coming for dessert after a meal or have one in place of a meal to yourself. Will come back to try more of the menu!

Nice place where you can take your little ones. Prices are just fine. They have choice of ice cream, waffles, pancakes and lot more. Staff is really friendly. Not really busy through the day. I think waffles are the best. Also they have amazing smoothies.

Very expensive desserts and no child menu available - so if you've brought your tribe, expect a big bill and lots of wastage. Very noisy and chaotic during the day and no chance of reserving a table for a group. Nice milkshake though!
