Very fast service on the drive thru, food was lovely and hot and portion size was good

We used the drive through. Quick service, friendly staff and lovely hot food served.

Are he for the first time the other night. Drive thru was very busy, sitting in was the opposite. That said food came up quickly and was piping hot. Would definitely come back again. Great location just off of junction 9 on the M20 not an advertised services but it is only a 2 min drive from the exit. First left off the junction and then 3 exit at the next roundabout.

This KFC, unfortunately does not sell food of KFC standards.. my take away order was for a fillet burger, Zinger burger and hot wings. The fillet was loaded with salt, crusty and over cooked at the edges, fillet was not a fillet (very thin and dripping in oil) mayo on the roll like a lump, and the Zinger burger was the same. Poor quality food, which does not serve KFC standards. I am sure they are busy and may have to cater for a lot of their customers, but this is NO EXCUSE at all. Me and my family visit this place occasionally and though we felt that the food served here is consistently poor quality and did not meet KFC standards, this particular order was just not what you serve your customers.During the time I ordered, there were not many customers, it was quiet ..so what is the real excuse here? All the food went to the bi, the fillet was salty so my daughter did not want to eat anything and a strange smelly oil too which put us off. (did not do any pictures )By the looks of it oil hadn't been changed and was overheated to cook anything.I made a call immediately, which was attended by the manager who shared that he will investigate this matter and provide a refund. But the point is refund does not solve the problem!! Improving the quality of food, and sticking to KFC standards may help customers return but please don't sell horrible food and call it KFC!

Depending on the day you put your order in is dependent on the service you get like all things different staff. But on the whole the day I went in was ok , food was hot n tasty .

Awful experience.Paid for food, showed proof of order but was told they don't have my order they were clearly shown several times but yet still left with no food and money taken from my bank. I felt dismissed then laughed at no one took control of situation or resolved it. Terrible communication. Disgusting!

So greasy.Always missing food.Ever meals I've come home withRather has 1 or 2 hits of chicken missing.The gravy. The mess up the drinks.Chips are nasty too.There is no food hygiene. Seen food handled with bare hands after handling money. No hair nets. No mask when they was put in place.

We only wanted the vegan burger and once we got to the speaker it finally told us they didn't have any. Why is there not a notice further up! Got stuck in a busy queue for nothing and wasted petol. Told to people at the window didnt seem to care even though we was polite.

Chicken was ok but the chips were bloody awful (undercooked) so will not be eating here again. Next time I'll go to McDonalds across the road for my children strips and FRENCH FRIES not those poor excuse for chips they serve here now.

Speedy, friendly service and look what's going to be next door soon . See pic. Currently just the bare bones, but soon an Imax screen!!!! Woo hoo.
