Very very cold. Wear warm clothes. Going to get weekly shop, after a short queue the store was not too full. The problem was the stocking of shelves every aisle had one or two trolleys or so. It was hard to access the shelves. One staff member did not ask if I needed help to reach tea bags blocked by the trolley just walked off and we had to move it. Customer service could improve. Nice food though.

Prices seem to have gone up. Very cold store. No one on check outs. Person was having problems on a self servjce till. Didn't want to use self service because U was buying a bottle of liquor.Extremely disappointed that they have removed the cafe hence only 3 stars. My friend and I would meet on a regular basis before lockdown. Very sad. There's now nowhere to go for a coffee after 5pm in the area.

It's good but I hate the car park. In all honesty if the former Staples/Office World unit is still available M and S would be better off taking that and expanding in to it as the current store is far too small for the size of Ashford's population following the closure of County Square store in 2019.

Marks & Spencer have always had the best to offer . Their Luxury Gold Fairtrade Tea is absolutely gorgeous among so many other items like sliced bread and scones .

Wonderful stock of wine and fresh food. Bakery counter excellent and wonderful fresh salads and fruit. Good choice of take away food, Indian, Chinese and Thai. Staff are friendly and efficient

Got everything I needed as usual. Pleased to see a queueing system in place outside but just so disappointed it's a free for all when in store, no social distancing or system in place to follow round the store to ensure customers flow the same way. Good to see screens at tills though.

M&S foodhall is great and would get 5 stars as I love the food but hate the prices.I think it's the best place to shop in Ashford for food as it's never as busy as other supermarkets. It just comes back to the price.

this is a really nice place to do a top-up shop as it has the essentials, or if you were going off on a journey, to pick some snacks up from. the pricing here is a little less than Waitrose, but quality is very high so is definitely worth it if you want good food.
