McDonald's - Ashford High Street in Ashford

The manager on duty tonight (18/3/22 @7:30pm) young lady blonde hair; is the real definition of a manager! I called up the restaurant because my just eat order was incorrect. She not only was polite and understanding over the phone she was even better in person. She sorted the order I had originally placed so quickly, apologised numerous times and also offered an extra item for the inconvenience. She deserves a raise or something… she was such a pleasure to deal with! Real customer service! Rare nowadays so Thank you! :)

took my son for a maccy d's. the price of the big tasty have gine up by a considerable amount and they are still cold. so the extra money isnt to keep them warm

Fast service food tasty and warm. Friendly staff the lady clearing tables chatted to me toilets clean

The managers are really horrible and abusive to their own staff, the lady manager was behind the counter shouting at the lady cleaning the tables, it was really awful and made dining awkward for the customers.

Went into Ashford orbitol business park had to send food back twice as was stone cold the waitress.came put the second time and stuck her finger in the burger this place has gone downhill not coming again such a shame as this used to be my fav no apologies nothing

Very easy to just order via the screens, take a table number and wait for your meal to arrive. Tables socially distanced. Staff helpful and polite.

My grandson and I had a burgerr and a wrap, which was delivered to the table. Very polite staff and clean restaurant

Clean fast but food not that hot had to return chips and ask for hot ones and while the burger was put together well the burger patty was only slightly warm. The burger was a special order so not really sure why it was not hot.

Burger nice but played old trick saying toilets closed as being cleaned, not the case, it was closed to save cleaniby at end of day, disabled toilet was filthy. Not putting customers first. I'm looking after environment and asked for burger not to be put in bag, told fine. Staff looked put out when I asked for no bag, this is a trend with McDonald's. Little tip for you, have a till option NO BAG, saves you money and landfills.

The all new McFluff-in breakfast items.Two problems, one was human hair stuck to the cheese. People mention they dont use gloves so probably one from the back of a hand. Normally im up for eating other peoples body parts but not during covid times.The other was just eats fault maybe. Sat at the restaurant for twenty minutes and was stone cold. Either dont make the food before you see a driver or stop the driver accepting orders when they are miles away.I once heard a female manager shouting at a driver who wasnt happy the food wasnt instantly ready that she had wasted 200 pounds worth of food that day. I think she said after ten minutes food has to be redone but i can tell by the logistics on the app and arrival temperature this isnt adhered to any more. Just eat just tell you to sod off and eat your hair. No refund.
