What a really lovely experience! Realistic prices. I had a beef sandwich and my wife chose a home made sausage roll both served with a well presented and tasty mixed salad. The restaurateurs were very welcoming and pleasant. A lovely, pretty and cosy environment with indoor and outside seating. Comes highly recommended, gold standard!

We visited on Easter Monday 2022 with 3 generations of family from 4 years old (on her best behaviour!) to 89. The decor is delightfully quirky and we had great fun spotting all the Easter bunnies, birds and eggs! Some lovely, proper china plates, cups and saucers. The two charming women who run the cafe - mum and daughter - were very welcoming, kind and cheerful despite being very busy. The choice of cakes was fabulous. They make most of them themselves and the ones we had were delicious. Also some of the best scones we've had in a long while. Would thoroughly recommend.

This place was event better than I expected. It’s beautiful but the food is amazing too. It is a little bit of heaven and I would definitely recommend that people visit. I will be coming back and bringing my family and friends. An absolute treasure.

A delicious, entirely vegetarian afternoon tea. We were able to discover sandwiches with cashew butter, plums, avocado and mozzarella. The desserts are excellent 🍰The setting is very pleasant and the people who work there are warm and very kind specially with children 💚

Disappointed, came here for my birthday today booked for 5 but 2 didn't turn up, was immediately made to feel uncomfortable about this). wasn't as advertised on the web the tiny cakes had come from the frezzer not homemade was not given a choice of if we wanted plain or fruit scones, not worth the £25 per head price. ive experienced far better quantity food and service at Bilsington priory, imperial Hotel hythe and secret garden

Discovered this wonderful tea room at the beginning of our week long stay in the area - we were so impressed that we returned twice more during the week ! Very warm, friendly welcome & service - nothing too much trouble. Scones the best we have ever had & the cakes were absolutely delicious (am still thinking about the ginger & caramel cake which was divine !!) Cannot recommend highly enough ! We will definitely return when next in the area.

The most beautiful tea rooms I’ve ever visited. An large selection of different sponge cakes. Tea is served with your own tea pot. Everything very floral and colourful. Super friendly service from the ladies there. Perfect for a summer’s afternoon tea.
