Nando's in Ashford

Short wait. Asked to scan qr code to order whilst others ordered at counter. App not working so had to join queue to order. Food good. Service ok.

I want to praise the staff. Ultra attentive!! I had a problem with drinks dispenser and the host who seats you as you enter, a man with shoulder length hair immediately was there. The lady who served us was happy and immediately dragging High chairs to other customers tables. I would without fail visit again

Good chicken and half the time it’s cooked fine. 9 times out of ten though they are always late with the food. The other day I had to wait an hour and a half for my starter then had to leave to go to a film! Totally unacceptable and not what I expect from Nando’s. This restaurant seriously needs a crack down on timings…

We arrived to be told they had no tables and to wait... he then proceeded to say we have to wait outside due to covid restrictions in the freezing cold. The restrictions have ended and the restaurant was empty with atleast 8 free tables. Yet was still told we had to wait in the cold outside for our table when it is freezing. Not great customer service really. Huge area to wait yet none of the staff are following 'covid restrictions' hmmm... 🙄

We were told to go to frankie and bennys for a drink to wait for a table. By the time we had got a drink the table was ready so waste of time there as we couldn't wait inside. The place is filthy, rubbish all over the floor, it's dark inside, ice machine is broken when you pay nearly £4 for a drink... manager didn't do much to help when I complained. I don't get to go to nandos very much these days and it is a one off treat tbh. I was very disappointed with this one its dirty and the staff don't care. Wonderful.

Restraunt was empty yet was told I had to wait up to 30 mins for a seat, to add injury to insult I was told I could not wait inside the restraunt and would have to stand outside in the cold even though there was a huge waiting area but apparently that was only for delivery drivers, the staff were quite obtuse about the whole matter. I can't belive they made me stand outside like a dog! No need for any of this. If they were busy I may understand but honestly half the tables were empty

Really enjoyable relaxed evening. Had my usual xtra hot wings, absolutely delicious. Highly efficient service, no wait, food piping hot and the staff always exceptional friendly and just want you to enjoy the evening. Thank you Tom,who looked after us tonight. Small note, if you enjoy a sophisticated red wine, try the creative block five, it is superlative.

Nandos were able to accommodate my group of young people who all have various learning disabilities. Even though they do not accept bookings, they were able to book our group of 18 in, take pre orders and accommodate us. On the day we arrived to the restaurant being shut due to a covid breach which meant they needed to deep clean the restaurant. In panic, I spoke with the manager who went above and beyond to support us. She still took in our group (put us in a safely sanitised area) and my group of young people were still able to enjoy their Nandos. Not many places would have done this for us and it saved a lot of stress and hassle, also with people with learning disabilities such as autism, they may not have understood the circumstances fully and it could have caused upset which myself and my staff would have had to support them with. Through the actions of the amazing staff, my group of young people had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you to the Nandos Ashford team!I have also used this restaurant personally and have never had any issues. All staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The food has always been amazing and I look forward to returning in the future.

Was looking forward to a nice sit down, in and out with 10 minutes 🤷 mate got his main before I got my starter. My main came out before I finished my starter. Yet I see my main sitting on the top before I got my starter. Was warm and horrible cut of chick, think I got about a leg off a quarter of chicken, and I had to scrape the bones cos just weren't very good chicken. Sharnt be going in that one again.

Well as any nandos the food is great but here the staff was very friendly. And very helpful. I would recommend this place for a very relaxing and accommodating cheeky nandos night.
