Papa John's in Ashford

The worst customer service ive ever had end off. Called them up to say my address is not coming up online due to the residence being a new development. Was told to order online regardless. Explained this again to Khaleem as he says his name was but he just kep saying we are busy, i explained to him i understand and would like to order through the phone regardless. After which i kept getting the same response we are busy. Simply put i asked him 3 times can i order through the phone and was blatantly told no.Guy needs to be fired!

Very disappointed by Papa Johns Ashford, they sent me the wrong order and when I called up they did nothing about it. Offered me a refund for the pizza but trying to actually get the money back off them is impossible. Its been such a shame as I used to love Papa Johns but this isn't the first time it's happened.

Ordered a pizza 35 minute's before they closed on NYE and recieved a email stating there was something wrong with my order but didn't say what. The issue with this was the email went to my spam folder and I didn't see it until I'd been waiting over a hour for my pizza. I tried ringing multiple times but no one answered.Not sure what their issue was and why they couldn't deliver my pizza but, won't try ordering again

Really helpful-great service front of house and lovely pizzas collected in the time specified. Can't fault them

Very quick collection order from Ashford store and scrumptious pizza too! Easy night in with Papa John

Ordered 4 pizzas . Had to collect from high halden. Sent my daughter to collect. Got 3 pizzas 2 of which were wrong. A pizza retailer who cannot even get a very simple 4 pizza order right. Phoned up to complain to manager who was the guy who took the order. He proceeded to tell me i was wrong (as if he knows what my family wants more than me) and then slammed the phone down on me. I am just so furious. We order take out really infrequently and were really looking forward to it. No offer of refund or discount no apology just slam phone down. Disgraceful.

Delivery driver dropped off 3 pizzas instead of 2, but we didn't notice until bringing the food inside. 20 minutes later he phones to recollect the pizza that he accidentally dropped to give to another customer... even outside of the coronavirus pandemic, this is disgusting. I feel sorry for the customer that has now received a pizza which has been passed around. I will not be ordering from this papa johns store again.

I can't believe the shocking service I got from this branch of the franchise. I ordered on the ap, for home delivery of an order worth £30. It should have had a discount subtracted due to my last order being 30 minutes late, but this wasn't done at checkout. Over an hour later, with a delivery time of 20 minutes given on the ap, I called, to be told that they had emailed me to say that they would not deliver. They also refused a refund. I had to go and collect the pizza. When I did, it had been in the oven keeping warm for an hour, was dry and stale. When I complained, the owner came from the back room, was rude and obnoxious, seemed to think there was no issue with the poor service and couldn't seem to grasp why I would be annoyed. To top it off, he wasn't wearing a mask or gloves and was actually preparing food, no issues there in a pandemic. Needless to say the stale, cold hard, contaminated mess went in the bin and we ordered from domino's who delivered our hot, delicious and responsibly prepared virus free pizzas in 20 minutes from ordering. I know where I will be going in future.

Always a great service. Value for money, pizzas are always delicious. Last night especially, 2 stuffed crust pizzas cooked to perfection. Top pizza store around!!

I would leave no stars if I could, do not waste your money or time. It took an hour and 20 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, and it was stone cold when it arrived. I phoned the store and they refused to refund me, saying I had to contact customer services. Absolutely abysmal. Please just go to Domino's
