Amazing staff who are always more than happy to help. I regularly bring a group of young people with learning disabilities through my work and the female manager (sorry I cannot remember her name) is always polite, attentive and accommodating to our needs. The food is always lovely as well and of good value.

Had a lovely buffet lunch at pizza hut today. Sadly the restaurant and cinema where closing due to the high winds. The buffet way lovely and we have good service. As the hut was closing because of the wind, I was given a FREE LARGE pepperoni pizza to take home.

Liked that you can order and pay online, but trickier if you're using a tastecard as need to ask staff for a code. Delicious pizza as always. 😋

Absolutely awful experience at the eureka Ashford Pizza Hut! Brian yes the manager rude ignorant, was told only way to eat at Pizza Hut was to order on the app! Cashless is bad enough let alone being told we were not even table service! We were told only 20% of orders were aloud to be taken by a waitress, so what makes us / you qualify to order with a waitress??? To top it all off table next us had table service !!! Anyway app is very poor we only went through with the evening as my son really wanted Pizza Hut but 100% will not be visiting ever again!

I love an all you can eat lunch time buffet.. but I definitely they could do more for the kids.. every time I looked around.. kids either looked slightly bored or just wanted to run around.. even the ice cream station isn't the same anymore 😒

Went for a 2 for 1 pizza after the cinema with taste card, the vegan pepperphony was excellent with plenty of melting violife dairy free cheese, my partner enjoyed his pepperoni pizza to, good servic and hot tasty food

One of the best Customer Service experiences I have had for a long time. After overcoming menu problems, then not accepting the old fashioned money as payment, to an ingredient not being available was destined to become a fraught and difficult take away experience.However one young lady sorted everything out with charm and a smile as well as going beyond normal customer service. Hopefully her manager can do something special for her for the outstanding service she provided.The pizzas were lovely as well. Thank you
