Haven't been for a while. Staff very friendly but I both dishes were bland and not up to past standard.

Lunch on Wednesday 6th April at Prezzo Tenterden was disappointing. The two issues were speed of food and standard of service. When we arrived the restaurant was quiet we ordered our food and drinks. Drinks and starters arrived in good time.During starters the restaurant got busier with families on Easter break. Starters were cleared away and mains wouldn't turn up for more than 1hour later. In the process of waiting we did ask for an update on waiting times to be responded with we are busy and no indication of when the food will be arriving. The lady was clearly stressed and annoyed which unfortunately really came across badly with us.The young man also serving whilst cheerful was not much help either in finding out wait times. In these situations it would be great if they just keep the customer in the loop. When the food came out it was okay at best. Presentation and portion sizes made me think the chef was stressed and not coping at 100%.Prezzo in general is great but this one suffered today through poor customer service.

Nice atmosphere. Lovely food and drinks. Very nice place for nice night out, familly friendly.

Used to love visiting this place with the children,it was a nice place that catered for everyone. Today's early evening visit was poor, the staff very shy to integrate and speak with us. The food was below par and dry, my daughter loves pizza and that was thin, burnt and like card board, chicken burger dry and hard. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and paid extra for added chicken, which was served without. The sweet/pudding was much better but dry.We had a starter which was very nice and tasty disappointed with the experience which showed on my face. To save the family embarrassment from me complaining,we just left after spending £112 for our evening out.

Appaling service. We waited an hour for our starters! Overpriced drinks..... overpriced side dishes (£4 for a bowl of chips...). Rude waiter (probably in the wrong job).We wanted to give feedback using the survey but the waiter took the receipt back with him therefore we could not have the 12 digits code we needed...all in all a very disappointing experience.

Uh, where to start with this one.The restaurant was cold, the toilets were dirty. The food is served with a dash of disappointment on greasy and dirty plates. At least the frozen chips were quite good tho.It feels like they only have the name Prezzo and not the quality you expect from the chain.

Great food and well priced. During weekends you will need to book in advance to get a table.

Lovely little place tucked into the high street.Clean tidy and well presented polite staff.Looking over the lipstick on the glass of red 🍷 the restaurant was superb.Friendly staff good food all at a reasonable price. We have a mix of starters and mains a children's food and all arrived promptly and spaced well between servings 💪Children's desert menu needs a bit of a update there's on so much dough three kids can handle. The red wine was at a good temperature and all the food was cooked well.

Great food in a very rustic environment, our waiter was attentive, and very helpful, the food was delicious, looking forward to going again, very nice experience overall
