Ordered off just eat, incorrect size and salad filling in my 2 foot longs. Asked me to re order so correct ones could be sent out, so it cost me £38 , for a £16 lunch deal.They offered me a refund for the subs, yet nearly two weeks later I am yet to see it. Even though I have called the store twice and left my contact details with them.I will never go to this subway or order online ever again.

One of my favorite spot, when you need a healthy meal. I most times have chicken Teriyaki with Italian bread.. Of course toasted. I like the place

Staff not friendly, service slow. Staff yelling on colleagues to help them out. Tables are not clean very sticky mess on the floor. When ordering not being polite but saying WHAT WHAT not a customer service they should be giving.

Yes subway foods I'm not bad but they can be a little bit expensive in the subway shop in Bank Street in Ashford Kent but to get it a bit cheaper you have to get a voucher to buy the Foods so they are a bit easy on your money in ones pocket.

I am a subway fan, I just love to pop into subway for breakfast or lunch Ashford town's one. Food are awesome with variety of choices. Service also nice and friendly. Specially Vickey Raiely(may be I misspelled) she is so brilliant, beautiful service I had by her. Will be back again and again

I have written reviews about this store many times prior to this, but feel it neccessary to write another. I spend many days of the month travelling for work and have the priviledge of visiting a vast amount of Subway stores (it may be worth noting that I am a huge fan of subway, eating it around 6days per week), this store, however, is my favourite. The store is ckean and well presented, the food is good and the staff are fantastic - many whom I can now call friends. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend this store.
