Super Pizza in Ashford

Sarcastic employees, kept calling as ordered from deliveroo.Told up to 2 hours calling its on way.By 10pm when I ordered at 5.17pm. Never arrived!.Had to fight for my refund through deliveroo.Don't order of this company.Go to domino's. 20 mins mine arrived when ordered.The company is a shambles. Super pizza!!! Are money grabbers

Ordered via just eat and the pizzas were cold, hard and clearly over cooked. Rang to see about getting a fresh one sent out and the guy on the phone just kept saying he couldn’t hear me even thought the phone seemed to be working just fine and he could hear everything I said prior to asking for a fresh pizza. Seems like it was re heated.

My order was cancelled so I made a enquiry over the phone very politely to see why, we’ll the response I got back was disgusting. Very rude and won’t be coming back after being a every week customer!I also wish I read the reviews a long time ago.

A real shame to see this place go downhill as they usual offer decent pizza at a reasonable price.Put an order in for delivery through Uber eats. After an hour we called the restaurant to be told the food had been delivered and that we wouldn't be refunded. The person on the phone was insistent that we received our order even though ubereats shows we haven't (even as I'm writing this!) I cannot stress enough that we have zero food.Judging by the recent reviews, the staff here are becoming ruder and less reliable, which gels with my own experience. If I had to suggest an alternative, try On Pizza or Fireaway, both of whom do delicious pizza and who I've never had a service problem with.

I have been a regular customer to this restaurant since I moved into my home back in 2019 every Thursday evening we order the same deal. Tonight I have changed and ordered a supersize pizza and bottle of coke that came to around £17 I then received a 10’’ pizza so phoned the restaurant where I was passed around to multiple staff who i had to explain my issue. I only live meters away so offered to walk around to the restaurant on which I was refused. I am extremely disappointed, and won’t be ordering in future I have been disrespected over the phone by your company and hope you can sort this for future customers.

They used to be great, but something has changed. The food was late, the wrong drink was sent and items were missing from the meal. This was chased up several times but the missing items weren't sent. Order from somewhere else.

Told me be 45 mins ended up being an hour and a half food was cold and disgusting their attitude stinks aswell

Pizza here has come a long way. Their pizza is really good now yet they're still much cheaper than Domino's and Pizza Hut.

Staff were rude.They told me 30-45 minutes. 1hr and 30 mins later still no delivery. Phoned them they said only 1 driver so don't know when it's going to be there. I asked for refund and they said they couldn't be bothered to refundNever had any issues before

Terrible service from the Ashford shop. Tried using their app online that kept crashing, called to make the order as I couldn't make it online. He told me the deal is online only. I explained the situation, no movement at all. No compromise, done nothing to help. Then they tell me I've ordered through just eat and reel off an order that doesn't at all match up with what we wanted to order. Then they tell me to use the app over and over. It don't work mate. What's not sinking in here? Absolute joke. Called back to ensure I wasn't going to receive an order and be charged and they made absolutely no sense at all. The guy could barely speak English.
