The Dining Room @ Elvey Farm in Ashford

Highly recommend anyone who is visiting Kent to stay at Elvey Farm. All rooms are within a converted stable block and have been refurbished to a very high standard. The owners are lovely people and had great recommendations on where to visit and eat in the local area. We will definitely be returning!

The Elvey Farm suites have been beautifully renovated and are finished to a very high standard, with stylish and comfortable furnishings. The hosts, Sonja and Nick, were very welcoming, and had thought of everything we could need for a couple of days away, as well as a lot of little extras. We stayed in the Tenterden suite, which has a lovely modern and inviting feel, and was very cosy on a cold December evening. The continental breakfast provided in the suite was more than enough to set us up for a day out visiting the local area. Elvey Farm is perfectly situated, surrounded by beautiful countryside (expect to see some wildlife and, if you’re lucky, the two lovely resident rescue cats, Smarty and Derek!), yet not far from some charming towns and villages of the Kent Weald, such as Tenterden, Headcorn and Biddenden, as well as nearby Pluckley and Egerton. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the area.
