Food not too bad, waited for order which was given to another table.

ยท

Only one member of staff serving for a funeral, that seemed as though it was to much trouble to be polite to paying customers

ยท

Staff are all very polite, delicious food, brilliant for parties and wakes. Very expensive though.

ยท

Great friendly staff only to happy to help. Food pretty good value and served in a timely manner.

THE HOP PICKERSTHIS PLACE HAS THE SAME CAR PARK AS HOLIDAY INN.We all love the Hop pickers Sunday roast. Best in Ashford. Great little slid and frame for the little people. Lovely staff and we'll priced. The place to go in Ashford.

It's convinient when staying at Holiday Inn Ashford North. Food is good enough, athmosphere not very warm, but nice old building.

We was told we had to eat quickly because they wanted the plates back

Went there for a meal with some friends only because there was a hours wait at the beefeater Hothfield and because we were all very hungry and our friends had had a long journey. We should have guessed ( well we did) we were the only people in there and this was at 6..30 friday evening that probably the food was mediocre. The pie crust was burnt, boiled potatoes dry, and the chicken sauce in pie very watery. I ordered tagliatelle but it honestly looked like a tin of spaghetti had been opened and some additional tomato spread thru it. The other 2 people had gammon , which they said was OK. Overall would never ever go back. I wanted to complain but my partner didn't want to because we were in company

ยท

Absolutely low brow. It's cold in temperature, it's cold in atmosphere. The good is processed and microwaved. In my view only go there if you are starving. Typical Holiday Inn crap but the staff of their best.

I have given 3 stars bcoz of the poor customer service. No one looks at you or comes near you to ask you what you want. I have been waiting for a glass of water for half an hour. The lady at the bar keeps talking to people she knows and never attends any1 else. Food was decent. I hated the service.
