"The Lunch Box was established in 1997 and over the past decade has grown to become Englands premier catering company specialising in outside catering at shopping centres and retail parks. From our extensive menu we cater for the general public and staff working within the local vicinity of the kiosk. Our catering kiosks are easily recognisable and unique to themselves, having a varied menu, being immaculately clean and operated by smartly dressed pleasant natured staff wearing The Lunch Box uniform. Each Lunch Box is uniformly designed , freestanding self-sufficient, and equipped to prepare fast foods and refreshments to the highest standards. Pending the location, the kiosks vary in length between 14ft and 22ft."

The 2 stars are purely for the food which was an ok standard. However the staff are so rude, all three need to be taught manners let alone customer service!! Prices are quite high too, compared to others. Will not be going there again

The food is ok. However , Covid hygiene standards are lacking. No gloves; wearing masks under the chin; and constant face touching. Won't be back for a while

Im glad ryan managed to articulate what i thought i felt myself. Like bad vibes. No P's and Q's and a death stare like you did something wrong. Probably interrupted the fag break or something. Food was ok but allot more than the one in town cost wise. Perfectly edible but i wont go back. I cant fund miserable people. Again by comparison the chap in town is a nice guy.

Terrible customer service, kindly waited patiently and got complained at for saying nothing. After her making no effort to ask me if I wanted to order she then decided to continue complaining about me whilst her co worker cooked my food. I'm not one to ever write a review but then again I'm not one to ever get complained at for being patient waiting for my order
