The White Horse Inn in Ashford

Beautiful roast dinner here on Father’s Day. Lovely rare beef (which I asked for), or choice of chicken, lamb and pork or all four for an extra £1. Great vegetables including a most delicious cauliflower cheese which we always think is a tester of a great roast. Lovely homemade desserts too but unfortunately I was too full to have one but sampled my husbands. Very accommodating staff too. Thank you!

Fantastic Sunday lunch. When my wife became ill with heat exhaustion after a long cycle ride, the staff were wonderful. Tabatha took charge and stayed with her then the landlord drove me home to pick up my car to complete the journey. All staff went above and beyond. Many thanks.

First visit while out for a walk in the woods nearby. Stopped in for a well needed pint.Nice pub, friendly staff, big beer garden was a good end to a good day out. Will be back at some point to try the food.

Beautiful Sunday lunch here today, great choice of starters and deserts aswell, plenty of meat and great selection of vegetables, real n proper Yorkshires n gravy. Would definitely recommend great atmosphere, friendly staff

I cannot recommend this place enough! We were 2 vegetarians of 4 people and we were all pleased. From delicious appetisers, fried brie omg, best garlic cheesy bread, the open lasagna was sooooo goood and all the desserts were just 5 stars! Please do go if you're around!

Visited here at lunchtime for the first time for several years. What a change! Brilliant menu both evening and lunch. Good portion size, good ingredients and well cooked. Good real ale choice and served at the right temperature. As always people judge a pub by their toilets. These are first class. Very clean and well looked after.

Have visited the White Horse twice now for lunch and dinner, both meals were delicious, generous servings too with friendly and attentive staff.We will certainly be returning sometime soon.....Highly recommended.A*****
