Lovely pub and very friendly staff. Couldn't really fault the food and the seafood sharer was great. Very well decorated and smart inside. We will definitely return.

The food was fairly decent 'pub grub' and I enjoyed my burger. Having said that there was a very limited veggie/vegan menu with only 1 main meal my wife could have.The service however, was surly at best. Barely a smile from the waitressing team and audible annoyance when I asked if I could pay for part of the bill. Appreciate it can be slightly more difficult to split the bill like this but it's not my fault you've not invested in a better EPOS system.

Friendly and welcoming traditional pub! We had an evening meal and really struggled to choose what to have there were so many nice things to choose from. The food we had was delicious, generously portioned and very reasonably priced. Service was attentive and fast. All in all a great experience and we'll definitely make a point to visit again next time we're in the area.

This is a great place to come for a meal. The food is really top notch, the surroundings very nice and you always get a warm welcome. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I can't recommend this pub more highly. The food is superb, service is outstanding. The best recommendation would be that Roy The landlord has made his establishment an extension.of your home front room. Booking is essential as if you don't you may not get a table.

Charming and surprisingly roomy pub both inside and in the alfresco area's. The service was friendly, attentive and professional and the food was wonderful, portion sizes are very generous. Also the pub maintain first class bitters and lagers. My first visit and it will not be my last, highly recommended.
