Caprinos Pizza in Aylesbury Vale

This place use to make good pizzas but recently very disapointed with their service and food quality..twice i went to the shop around 4pm in the afternoon and there was no one was serving even when shop was opened, literally no one showed-up. Happend not once, twice, so cant be coincidence. Overcoming that disappointment from previous visits, i still went ahead today. Only to be served a pizza which had a RUBBEr cheese on it. I am sure this version of cheese didnt exist before but they have managed to invent it! Also Hardly any toppings, way too much sauce in places and dried on others. It didnt look good straight out of the shop but when asked, the guy at the counter said, it is definitely what you ordered, they just had a fresh delivery of cheese hence it looks very yellowish. Really!Sad to see a business going down-hill. They certainly lost a regular customer today.

We had the Mexican hot deep pan twice and I can honestly say it’s the best pizza we’ve had in some time !!!Could’ve done with faster delivery but it happens ….

I’ve ordered this exact pizza from the Milton Keynes branch so why on earth was this one inedible? I got a vegan chicken pizza and it’s utterly foul. £16 wasted on food that is going straight in the bin. Not even sauce could save it.

Average pizza, also got berated by the delivery driver for my order not being over £20 for free delivery. Unsure how that is my fault when it wasn't flagged on the Just Eat app. Perhaps take it up with them rather than having a go at your customers over something they have no control over. Shame really as the food used to be good but I doubt I'll order again, it's really gone downhill. I don't appreciate being told off on my own doorstep by some random dude.

Pizza arrived cold and dry. Called up and the guy wasn't bothered.This place use to be good don't know what happened.Look at the photos... Meat looks like it's from someone else's 🍕Won't be ordering again. If you like your pizza dry and cold then this is the place for you.

I don’t usually write a review but if I do, it is either I was pleased or disappointed. Unfortunately this one was just so disappointing! My husband called as soon as they opened to order a pizza. A lady answered. My husband told her, he wants to order a pizza (a small one). The lady replied that SHE WILL NOT TURN ON THEIR OVEN FOR A SMALL PIZZA! my husband replied “so when are you turning your oven?” She replied “maybe in 30 minutes when there’s more orders. You can order by then if you are still hungry!” I ordered here a lot and always for collection. It is just so frustrating to be told like this. Very poor customer service! Remember the customers are important in a business! Be nice, be polite, be kind! Thank you!

What an experience, I usually collect my pizza and the last 2/3 times the pizza has been dry with hardly any cheese and toppings! New ownership?!The last order i received like this I called up and said look as well as getting my order slightly wrong its so dry this isnt fair.While trying to speak for a few mins they hang up! terrible service!

Ordered at 18:31 it’s now 20:25.... still nothing. Rang to chase 3 times to be told it’s out for delivery on the first 2 calls, then on the 3rd they couldn’t even locate the order. Thanks for lying to me on the first 2 calls and keeping me waiting nearly 2 hours only to be told... dispute it through the Uber eats, great customer service.

Best Pizza Place in town! Their Mega Deal is extremely good value, and all pizza's, Sides & Deserts that we've tried are really tasty. The pizza is never too greasy (as is the case with other providers we've tried) and overall, delicious! Recommended.

Very nice pizzas and lovely side's.Love the garlic and herb dip, goes well with the pizza.The pizza is not too greasy as some other popular takeaway pizzas can be.Always been hot and never had any problems.Great service and staff.Give them a try👍
