Never open on time which is frustrating as I like to have a coffee on my way to work

Soon you will order a coffee and all you will get its milk foam.Today I got two flat white...and I thought the cups are empty.. so light.. wow.Thank you for making me buy my own expresso machine.

Particularly rude staff member served me and my friend today - tried to order cold brew only to be snapped at that they 'obviously don't have that at this time of year'. Also witnessed her almost shouting at other customers after an accidental spillage.

Costa is a national brand. It might even be worldwide. Who knows. I’ve not travelled since covid started. But hey. Costa Bedgrove. Visiting you was a pleasure I’d love to experience time and time again. The staff member that greeted me enthusiastically as I entered through the front door of the premises with a massive smile on her face, was a smile that could only bring joy to the face of a grumpy man, on a cold November morning.The tremendous man that then served me with such passion and flair, giving me superb satisfaction as a customer while he took my order. He had a name badge on called Liam. I asked what would he could recommend to me from the cake selection, and with one stunning swift motion, plucked from the display the most Gorgeous Moist melt in the mouth cinnamon bun. It literally melted in my mouth giving me mouthful after mouthful of pure bliss and ecstasy with each bite I took. A second gentleman with the marvellous attention to detail then made me the most Divine frostino with all the extras I wanted. He was spinning around, adding the bits, shaking it up and he looked like he’d fit right in at a fancy cocktail bar. All done with a big smile on my face! The drink itself was smashing. My wonderful friend in crime purchased a latte. She later said it was the most tremendous outstanding latte she had ever had. If you want flare and style with amazing coffee: then this is the Costa to go too! Determined, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly simply marvellous daaaarling! You all must try this place out!!

I’m not one for reviewing normally. But I feel this place is worth a mention.You’d expect never to have a rubbish Costa coffee as they are all the same right?!No. I’ve had some shockers. But never from Bedgrove in the past 2.5 years or so that Dom has been the manager. Dom and his team are superb.They are always busy. Probably because the service is always so good.They take the time to treat all the customers with a hello and how are you, and I’ve always been made to feel like a valued customer. As a regular they’ve taken the time to know my drink and ask how work/family are.I’d just like to also give Liam a little mention. Hard working, polite and makes a very good coffee!!

Always a pleasure to visit this store. The staff are always very friendly. Dom, Liam, Amanda and Laura welcome each customer to the store with a smile and treat all their customers to a high standard coffee. The store is always clean and tidy. Dom and Liam are like a pair of little pocket rockets with the speed and precision they make the coffee!!Yes it’s busy, but this is because the standard is always so high.

We dine in this costa at least once a month and every time we go there we are astounded by the level of culinary and visual delight of our coffees. We normally request the flat white however on our last visit we tried the toffee Penny latte. Absolutely brilliant and enjoyable. Excellent service, always ready, extremely discreet. Food is great, dishes elaborate and at the same time enhancing the natural coffee product. Portions are good. Better than some 3* Michelin that we know.Price very reasonable for the quality, imagination, attention and atmosphere.

Costa is a well known staple coffee shop in the UK. However I’ve never experienced such grace and professionalism than I have by the staff at the bedgrove costa. 11/10 would recommend. The coffee is hot. The cakes are moist and the toilets are clean.

Had an order through uber eats. The iced latte came without a straw and bacon bap was burned to a point in which it is really really hard to chew on. Would not reccomend and will not order ever again. Tried calling regarding the straw, cause after all, it aint like I have straws at home, plus they have the option of requesting ustensils for a reason, to which I was replied "well..don't really know what to do about that", ok, so I should, right? I aint a fussy person, would've just dumped the coffee in a glass, but I wanted to have it on the go on my way to work.
