Rude owner, had enough been been going there for years not going to be talked to like that, customer service needs a training day or three, shame will take my business else where he don't care...

Great fish & Chip value for money very happy.

Tried large cod and chips, the fish was so unbelivably gressy and oilly even after so much wrapping and a paperbag the oil seeped through and covered my leather car seat in oil, left a horrible taste i had to discard it all, the chips were a joke too, stale and old aswell as being so cold i threw them away too, paid nearly £9 this is worse chippy i been too at least give fresh fries !!

First time of going to this chippy and Placed a simple order and they never got that right. I asked for 2 regular fish and chip and a small portion of chip got home and had 2 fish and a portion of chips. I will never come here again

Lovely and clean. Pleasent staff. Best haddock I've had for a long time, it only just fit on plate. Chips were not as good.

while I do recommend this place as its great, the service last night was horrendous.I rang up and put an order in at 6:15pm was told ready in15 minutes so got there just after 6:30 and was told 5 minutes. it was a large order. 20 minutes later still not ready asked the lady again how long and again 5 min. After 50 min of waiting we finally got our order with the curry sauce missing but I wasn't going to ring up and wait an hour for curry sauce. I said to lady that this wasn't on and she replied saying they ran out of kebab meat so had to cook some. Fair enough but you would have known you was low when I called up and could have advised us, I did say do we get a discount for waiting so long which she said no because they have been very busy.here is an idea in future, don't keep taking orders after orders after orders (about 10 people went in and ordered while we waited) fulfill the orders you have already taken and put them first, don't do the easy orders first. If your running low on something advise people.really disappointed with the service received last night and to top it off the kebab pitta bread was also rock hard. This WAS an award winning fish and chip shop but the customer service is really starting to let it down, think quality over profits in future.

This is one of my favourite chippys in Buckinghamshire. The staff here are attentive, cool and have best customer service. They make the best fish and chips in town, which I would recommend and the kebabs are not too bad. They are not on justeat etc so you have to call to order delivery is extra fee but £1.50. Food comes hot. Also you can make your order and collect. Timings have changed due to covid do open from 4-9pm weekdays and Saturdays I think. #DearLocal
