Good food and really nice setting. Plenty of parking and convenient location. BBQ cauliflower is a nice starter. The kids' corner is quite spacious and the pool table is located at the other end of the establishment. Nice for a family lunch 👍

What a lovely village pub we have been lucky to have in the village since the beginning, they have gone through a number of changes of management and put up with a number of complaints, but have always come up trumps when we have visited, Has a great atmosphere great family friendly food, which has always come out hot and tasted great.Staff are quick to recognise regulars and have their drinks ready for them, there is a kids play area, live music, sports and many great lagers on top - What more could you wantEven during the return from Coviid and supply issues they have pushed through making the best of an awkward situation and continued to keep the community going, we are so lucky to have them and I can highly recommend a visit to Rob and his Friendly Team

Arrived early and was seated straight away which was good. Food was lovely, portion size is brilliant for the money. The only down fall is no pasta dishes on the menu and we came with quite a picky eater. Even something simple like a tomato pasta on the kids menu would be a good edition. Other than that, food and staff were good and the pub itself was clean and tidy.

Very disappointing, only booked today, wasn't told at time of booking there was no Grill meals available, which is odd as Thursday is Grill night! Didn't any desserts as the choice is awful! Lastly no liqueur coffee as they had no cream (never known a restaurant even a pub/restaurant not to have cream)! Definitely not on my list to return again!!

Jenna & Sadie are so funny and helpful, they are quick to serve but don’t rush you. They are some of the nicest people I have met at a pub and I will definitely bring my friends next time. Thank you!

The honey bee is a staple of our small village community. Amy is a fantastic hostess and makes front of house a natural task. Pleasant with a smile on her face it makes a dream to have a lager In the establishment.

A group of us from work came in for lunch to celebrate Christmas. The Bar maid Rebecca was brilliant, very polite and very friendly and smiled a lot which is great. The food was really good and we all enjoyed it. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

I must admit that the lasagna is good and the bread mushroom are good. But fish and chips, it's ridiculous. We waited over an hour and a half for the food, and the dish came with the dried fries and the burnt cod. It is not the manager's fault, but who is in the kitchen. If they aren't organized in the kitchen, they don't have to lose out on customers. It was really ridiculous tonight. If the staff is short, it's not the customer's problem. And it's normal if the dishes come back. When we ordered we were told that the food would come out after 40/45 minutes. It's Saturday, there are people and I understand. But after an hour I had to come in with the receipt to ask why the food was not coming out. I was told it was not ready due to kitchen problems. I returned after 10 minutes and the dishes came out. Exactly like in the picture. The guy who took the lead was not paying attention to order and should be more careful. I liked the manager's behavior and I hope she said something to the staff.
