Kfc in Aylesbury Vale

One of the best kfcs I've eaten at had a big order and it was all correct hot, tasty and not greasy top place

We always stop here when traveling through the area to the in-laws. Food is always hot and fresh and quick. One of the better kfc's I've been to.

Chips are disgusting yhe chicken is so dry you can't taste the flavour gravy mash in the bin I'd give them a 1 out of ten . The best thing tonight was the cold drink .

Clean environment good customer service it's what you need when buying food.

Was utter rubbish. The staff were so unhelpful and couldn't care less. I ordered and after 20 Min wait ( I didn't want to moan too early) after ordering I get told that the self service machine wasn't actually working so after paying and waiting I hadn't actually ordered anything. Then when the food came it was cold and the wrong stuff. They were prioritising Uber and just ask over customers actually there. Very poor. Chips were rubbery and the chicken was like it had just come from the attic it was that cold

I won't be ordering a delivery from them again. The fries were OK. The Zinger Burger was dry and tasteless and the drumstick was very greasy. To boot, it was cold.

Worst KFC food I've ever had. Chicken was really greasy and had little of the KFC ' bite'. Chips were soggy but under cooked and the gravy tasted like it was made from Bisto granules. 6.30 Saturday evening. Won't go to this branch again

Not much to say, KFC is a franchised chain and this branch ticks every KFC standard.One could argue Colonel Sanders is actually in the kitchen at this one.Lastly love the interior decoration, the food is always ready on time due to staff organisation.

No manager is available or they use front line staff, to deal with customers complaints, but have no liberty to make any decisions or solutions. Also just giving apology doesn't solve the issue. Front line staff / customer facing, cannot comprehened reason of complaint let alone making a decision coz recruitment interview are conducted in either a foreign language or in foreign country. If that's not the case, than during recruitment interview should have been able to test level of English standards as well or is it who we know and gets the job? 🤔 🤨 🧐 🧐

I had ordered a family bucket meal and was looking forward to quenching my hunger. I opened the inside and saw it was pink. PINK! The chicken seemed raw. I was disgusted, outraged, fuming at this mistake! They could've killed me and my bowel system. I could've been on a toilet for weeks. Chips were lovely though.
