Lakeside Takeaway in Aylesbury Vale

Please tell me there is new owners to this place as it used to be really really good because the last 2 takeaways from this place has been bad and I mean bad would not even let the dogs eat it .

I had a really bad experience . Normally the food is good and i have ordered with them quit a bit but today i tried a new dish which i had not tried before looking at the picture at their own website .The dish came completely different than what was on the website as referring to the dish.. i then returned it thinking i may have got he incorrect dish which they collected saying they will investigate. After a while they called me saying it was what i had ordered so they can not refund eventhough they took the food back. I then said the ingredients on the picture was not what i got and i ordered looking atthe picture ... the owner spoke to me saying it is what they serve an i should not tell him what to do or not to do(when i said i ordered looking at the pic and if that is the dish you are serving then it is worth changing the pic on your web) . Very annoying as he argued and i ended hanging up.... and no refund given and they took my food back to.... (the question is not about refund though.. but of what you show in your website and what you give) although some food are nice i will NEVER EvER be ordering from them again!!!! ... Horriable experience !!!!

Ordered 2 dishes for myself and 2 for my partner. 1 of each of our dishes was tasteless. My other dish had chilli in which I detest and cannot stand hot spices. There was nothing about the dishes as to what they put in them on the menu. I shall be avoiding this place in the future!!

I had sweet and sour chicken and special fried rice, it was awful, chicken was hard and crusty no sauce. Rice was dried out, the whole meal was so salty it left me thirsty all night. I didn't eat much before binning the rest. First and last time eating from here !!

Was always my local takeout, but the last few orders have not been great. Tonights order has gone in the bin!! Burnt chicken balls, egg fried rice when i ordered special fried rice and a curry that leak everywhere becuase it was tipped upside down. Has to be the worst Chinese takeaway ive ever had, it really was disgusting 🙁Even though ive ordered from here for years, i will not be returning 😔

DO NOT ORDER. Very bad food, had to throw almost all the food out. Chicken fried rice had no flavor. Chicken chow men was over loaded with soy sauce. Sweet and sour chicken balls under cooked. Literally had pink chicken pieces. Schewan chicken was drenched in sweet and sour sauce. Beef was burnt. £80 worth of food was a total waste. I would recommend anyone else to rather not order a take away than order food from here. Worst chinese in Aylesbury.

Actually not 2 bad. The veggie dishes were rather bland but the meat dishes were tasty. On the plus side they have the salt levels under control unlike other takeaways in aylesbury. Lots of options to spice up your meal, but you'd need several visits to get the balance right. Delivery was fast but pricy as is the menu. Certainly well worth a try.

Just ordered soggy battered under cooked chicken balls, very greasy and pink inside. Very though to eat, only ate two and gave the rest to the cats.Egg fried rice was ok, but not the best I have had.First and last time I will order from this Chinese.There are better Chinese takeaway's out there.

Didn't feel safe, no face coverings. I visited on Saturday 20th to collect a takeaway, there were three men sat in the waiting area not wearing face coverings and I was served by a fourth man who was not wearing face coverings. It's a small room, I didn't feel safe. It's too small for table service in there, I feel they should have been doing more.

They give you options on the website and completely ignore them and serve whatever they want to. 2 items was completely wrong and the whole order was cold. The sauces looked like jelly so I upended it on a plate and it sat there like jelly... Used to be goodBut not anymore. If you are thinking about getting a Chinese there are plenty more to choose from!
