The food taste is good and the price is reasonable but important is hygiene have 5 star that is good meaning the shop in kitchen is very clean

Thai green curry is like pea green soup, with rubber chicken. Really not good food!

If I could give 0 stars I would. You know the food is bad when even your kids complain about it. It tasted like it was from the weekend and reheated. I'm not sure why people have given it 5 stars, but maybe try another place to compare. The chicken balls were soggy and mostly dough and even though soggy, they were very dry! The prawn toast lacked any prawns too. The only bit we did like was the chips, but we bought those from next door. Such a shame as we are new to the area and trying the place out and sadly we won't be going back.

I had THE nicest food from here last night (Sunday). It was so hot, fresh and clean, the meat was a high quality (chicken & king prawns). Full of flavour and great sized portions.Even my partner who usually doesn't enjoy Chinese said how delicious it was.Highly recommend.

This was a terrible experience I couldn’t believe a Chinese takeout could produce such a horrible meal. Everything about it was bad, we had duck to start and it was small and dry, sweet and sour chicken batter was a soft doughy texture as though it had been warmed up many times in a Microwave. It was all horrible and I would advise anyone to avoid this place like the plague, and it wasn’t cheap!!!

Very good Chinese (especially chicken dishes). Reasonable priced, big portions. Staff polite. NB. no delivery service and cash only.

Good Chinese takeaway but not the best. The fried broccoli was more like boiled. Not as nice as I was hoping. Duck pancakes delicious! Price fair

50 quid for food for 5 people, except the order was completely wrong! They didn't include any rice at all despite us ordering some. I ordered 2 separate dishes and they tasted exactly the same, bland! The vegetables were soggy and mushy not crunchy at all like you would expect!In the "vegetarian" dish we found pieces of chicken and even a prawn!Half hour after eating I had stomach ache and this morning it's still not gone! (my house mate is the same as well)Half of the food went in the bin as it was just awful! Without a doubt the worst 50 quid I have ever spent on a takeaway!My family and I will NEVER eat here again and neither should you!

Ordered roast duck Cantonese style, Cashew chicken, veg spring rolls. All taste very nice, quite a generous portions. With meat prices gone up so much, must hard to balance the book to keep regular customers happy.

Very poor service and no appreciation for it's customers. I ordered a takeaway from here yesterday Friday 1/4/16 at 8pm and was told 10-15 mins. I arrived at 8.15 and paid and was told it would only be a few minutes. The takeaway was very busy and therefore I didn't push the fact that I had to wait as there were people in front of me and more people coming in ordering and collecting. However at 8.40 I was still waiting so I went to ask what was happening. The person on the desk did not appear to know who I was or what I was waiting for, despite the fact I had paid! I was then informed that my telephone order was in fact waiting for me. I asked how long it had been there and she said less than 5 minutes, however when I got home it was lukewarm at best, even the containers were no longer warm and as soon as it hit the plate it was cold. I rang straight away to complain and was offered 10% off my next order by the person taking the orders which is not acceptable, I said I would come in the next day to speak to the owner/chef. I have been in again today and have again only been offered 10% off. I think this is highly unacceptable and very poor appreciation of your customer base. I have never had a problem with the food from here before, but I would definitely think twice before going again. If you are waiting I would definitely suggest you ask for an update at regular intervals otherwise you may suffer the same fate. Thank you Ma's Cottage you have successfully managed to put me in a bad mood two evenings running!
