McDonald's in Aylesbury Vale

Bought two mcflurrys and in each one had half each. So then, I told them to fill them and they said I had to buy another one. Disgraceful service. The lady with the Russian voice should be sacked. Who has been working today. Unbelievable.

For the third time running I have ordered through justeat and what I received was ridiculous. Do you tell your staff not to care about delivery orders? Because that's the impression I'm getting. The first time I was missing a burger from my order. The second time it was all stone cold and the burgers were all lettuce and not much else, and the third time (today) the big mac was missing both the extra pickles I ordered, and one of the beef patties! I'm about ready to not order from the high Street premises again! Sort it out Mcdonalds!

I've just got a Breakfast Meal with (what I ordered) a Large Hot Chocolate. Because I had it delivered, they put a lid inside of the lid to stop any spillages. When I got my order and took the lid off, I realised that I had been duped. A LARGE Hot Chocolate means exactly that. Not a Regular Hot Chocolate inside a Large Cup. I used to work for McDonald's so I know the tricks that some Managers have taught Crew Members. That's why I only remained a Crew Member, even though I'd done all of the E-Learing about the restaurant. I still would never cheat someone out of a drink, be it got or cold. If someone wants a LARGE, Hot Drink, a Large Hot Cup and the drink of their choice. If it's a Hot Chocolate, again a Hot Cup and then the Large Drink is to be pressed NOT the Regular Drink. I think you all need retraining in the Ordering and Making of Hot Drinks. Before you say anything, yes, I am qualified to say that.

It was very busy with lots of delivery company waiting for there food making it hard to collect your own food. Also they dident give and ketchup even know I added it to my order I was able to get some after waiting at the tills for someone to serve me

Just popped in to get a take away so I could eat and walk at the same time Even though the que was very big when i arrived there was lots of staff on shift and the que went down very quick The service was very good and the food was very hot.

Too many delivery drivers all pushing to the front. Had a problem with receipt, nobody to help-too busy with drivers. Tables dirty-too busy with drivers orders. AGAIN!!! My 8yr old grandson even said its horrible here. An older lady working out front came to our rescue.Not a place to bring your child at 5.30pm.Busy time, I know. But why should it be all about del drivers at everybody else's expence. Won't be coming back

I’ve ordered the occasional delivery from here due to work and time constraints and more often than not there’s items missing and the drinks have sloshed all over the inside of the paper bag.I had to drive up and collect my order once as the delivery guy had given us someone else’s.I understand they’re ridiculously busy so can’t really blame them for incompetence.Well not all the time anyway

Typically good service and good food of the typical McDonald's variety, staff appear polite and respectful though sometimes the establishment does appear understaffed resulting in slightly longer delays in receiving your order.4 terminal points allow for food to be ordered and collected in what I class as the 'Argos' style system, typically quick but on busy evenings delays can be significant.Would advise avoiding on late evenings particularly between Friday and Sunday as due to it's location in town to the clubs it can get a bit rowdy as the night goes on.

No barbeque sauce or napkins available, bins were overflowing and part of the order came cold. Staff quickly brought a replacement over but seemed like they were struggling to keep up. Seemed very busy with food delivery drivers picking up and crowding the front area. Not bad but not great either.

I had a nice experience. It was my first time there, and I was kind of clueless but the Staff were kind and helpful. Service was quite fast, I got my food within 2 minutes of payment. I enjoyed the chicken nuggets, milkshake and chips. My meal was fresh, tasty and hot.So much love to the lady who helped with my order and the lady at the paypoint.They were not so strict on protective measures though, there was a guy who didn't have a face covering behind me.The picture was taken in my hotel room.
