Mcdonalds in Aylesbury Vale

My faith in McDonald's was somewhat restored today. The burger was quite warm, not hot, but better than my last few visits to other branches.

I made 3 orders lately through just eat. And on all occasions my orders were wrong. There were always items missing or the meal looked liked someone just poked. One of the occasions we had a whole happy meal missing. And a kid in tears. On another occasion my brother had to go to the shop to return the big mac as it was upside down with a burger missing. On another occasion we ordered a chicken nugget happy meal which came without the chicken nuggets. So to say our experiences with this restaurant in terms of take away were not great. Based on this i gave it 2starts experience. Because most of the order did come although many times wrong. They came.In terms of dine in it is much better because you can solve whatever issue there. But sometimes it can be too busy so it is hard to find a seat to eat or sometimes it too noisy.

A complete joke I must say... total mess all around the place as well as inside.What arrived at our table was like felt on the floor trough the way to us, all sauses was all over the wrap paper and the boxes. It was not aingle item, was 5 of us and everything was ***** around.Apart of that total mess in order, they forgot how to build their big mac'sOnly worth if you're desperate or drunk.... yuahh

DO NOT ORDER VIA DELIVERY APP! absolutely astounding how they manage to get orders wrong consistently. Missing sauces with selects (despite even asking then specifically in the delivery notes to please not forget them), items missing in every order and you can't get through to the store to ask about it. Overall constantly disappointing .

Absolute chaos. Cars queuing and blocking the road trying to go in the drive through. Everyone else trying to get past the queue to get in the car park. About 30 people trying to pick up orders from the counter! Very haphazard point of collection, it's a miracle that anyone's order is correct.

Ordered a filet o fish meal ended up getting chicken nuggets then i drove back and explained to them that this has happened. I ended up waiting at the second window for about 15 minutes. Turns out they forgot about me waiting for my food, so I had to go inside and remind them I was waiting. Absolutely furious!

Been coming here for years as the only nearby drive-through. Been ok, not bad not amazing.Today however, the attentiveness was just absent.I wasn't asked about the size of the meal, causing everything to be readded, I wasn't asked about sauces included in the order so received none, and the young girl behind the server was visibly laughing at my wife and I.That is a level of rudeness below even the standards expected at McDonald's, and I think I'll take my business to BK in future.

Ordered at the screen drove round waited for bin men to do the bins very polite! But couldn’t help notice they were abit cold doing your bins maybe a hot drink could of been offered ? A good deed goes a long way! I paid for my breakfast and food was already waiting for me. Staff very polite.

Utterly incompetent. Ordered a new McPlant burger for click and collect. It arrived without the burger patty. Took 12hours of emails to get a refund.Not the first time this has happened either. My wife ordered a breakfast sausage sandwich and it was handed to us without the egg.

I love McDonald's due to fact its a drive thru, but have had many problems in the past with incomplete orders, the most recent issue being with the food not being cooked properly and the lettuce being brown. Went back next day and spoken to manger and they was helpful. Kudos for the manger sorting it out.
