Miller & Carter Steakhouse - Aylesbury Vale in Aylesbury Vale

Everything was up to standard and quick service even with how busy it was. We were going to see Michael Buble but there was horrible traffic because of an accident so we decided to come in for some food. A lot of others also had that idea so the restaurant was extremely busy but everyone was lovely and welcoming. The food was amazing and the drinks arrived not long after we ordered them. Definitely will be returning

Our first visit to any Miller and Carter, I can see what the fuss is about now. Stylish interior, great menu choices. We were greeted at the door very warmly and shown to our table. We both had burgers today which were brought to us promptly. We were very impressed with the meal and will certainly return to sample more of the menu. Magdalena was very attentitive throughout and made us feel very welcome.

Been a few times and had some hit and miss experiences. We have tried again and were very happy with the quality of service and food. Angel, our server was attentive and friendly. Really good example of excellent service, unfortunately I didn't get the chap who welcomed and seated us, but he was also excellent. Well done

UPDATE 21/3/21Very prompt response from Customer Services , accepted the issues raised and offered a good solution.The way companies deal with complaints is a good indicator of what their DNA is really like.I am rarely impressed , but I am this time.Thank youVisited last year and was excellent , sadly new year , new experience, what has happened?The restaurant was not busy for a Saturday night , however there was a queue at the bar.No burgers, certain puddings not available.Chips were cold. I had chunky chips which arrived after I had finished. Waitress said it would be removed from the bill, which is was not. The money was not the issue loads of "apologies", sadly they do not seem genuine , just something you just say .Steak was good but overall experience shabby. Poor management.Will avoid in future, for £221 I expect much better

Great night out. Lovely food. RIbs a bit cold but edible. Fantastic server VERA. Couldn't do enough for us. Very knowledgeable about allergies and helped my stepmother through their policy and menu to make sure her meal was safe to eat. Highly recommended

A great start…Starters was amazing. We had the scallops & cheddar mushrooms. About 10 minutes after we finished them, a young lad brought us our lettuce wedge- which sat on our table for 35 minutes until our mains come out.Our mains arrived, was so looking forward to it until my partner cut into his “well done” steak to find it was very rare. It was bloody! We both asked for well done. My partner apologised for being a pain and sent it back. It came back the exact same how it was before, to be sent away again to be rectified. All hopes up for “third time lucky!” to find it had been cut up into pieces?! How petty & shallow. Why not just give a new steak well done instead of cooking this three times over. The lobster was burnt how many times it was cooked!? By this time, my food was stone cold and i couldn’t enjoy it as completely defeated the object of “eating out together” …We spoke to our lovely lovely waitress and reassured that it wasn’t her fault. We got our mains free and we happily paid for our starters, drinks & side dishes. It was a real shame as we really enjoyed the starters & sides. Won’t be returning back anytime soon.

As ever one of my favourite Steakhouses in the local area. Staff were efficient, friendly and attentive (special thanks to Julia for looking after us so well that evening!). The food was delicious, had the T-bone which was cooked perfectly. Wonderful atmosphere and a great restaurant all round. Will almost certainly be returning.Update: Came back again recently (Jan 22), steak was cooked to perfection and all the food was delicious. Attentive staff and good atmosphere. Echo what I said previously and funnily enough I believe the same waitress served us again and looked after us well. One of the best restaurants in Aylesbury!

Great food like normal and good service . Service was alittle slow but the food make up for it

We had a lovely waitress, she’d just started and was finding her feet. The food however wasn’t what I’d expect in a M&C. Had to send fries back as cold and the rest of the food was either undercooked, bland or overcooked. Lots of shouting coming from kitchen which was off putting.

I would highly recommend this Steakhouse. You get what you pay for . Very welcoming from entering, pleasant decor and layout. High quality food really cooked to perfection! Everything as ordered and served to perfect timing ! It is all what we expected! Top stars for memorable meal in such a lovely environment… many thanks
