Possibly the best restaurant meal I've ever had. We had the tasting course with the wine flight. Every course tasted incredible! They were also very accomodating for our group who had some allergies and fussy people who didn't eat fish for example. The biggest differentiator from other restaurants at this level was how friendly and relaxed the whole experience was. All the staff were lovely. Our waitress in particular was very funny and really made us feel very welcome.

Soufflé Heaven! Had lunch this week with two old friends. Fantastic place, fantastic food and fantastic service. The true test is a soufflé and they produced 6 perfect ones for starter and dessert. Sea bass main course was beautiful too. Will definitely go again.

We went for a midweek lunch. The service and food were both fantastic. My only complaint was that I didn't have space for dessert!

Tucked away down lengthy lanes this restaurant boasts an excellent menu, a la carte or tasting menu. Great courses served by caring and attentive staff. Not to be missed as definitely worth a visit. Price acceptable for this standard of cuisine. Can't always say the same of other restaurants but it deserves its mention in the Michelin Guide.

This is a gem of a place and a great option if you're celebrating a special occasion. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing and every dish was exquisite and made even more special with the wine. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the ambience is cozy and romantic. It is quite a high end place but definitely worth the prices considering the quality of the food and drink.

We attended Rory and Chloe’s wedding and we’re so impressed with the top level of service. Sophie and her team were amazing and we were all made to feel extremely welcome. No one was without a drink and we were attended to fantastically. Special thanks to Maisy, she was absolutely amazing, she is an asset to the team. Me and my partner Dan will be coming back for a dinner for sure. Thank you so much! ❤️

We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our wedding anniversary so picked the Nut Tree Inn and their tasting menu.Easy to find and with plenty to find, the staff were courteous and exceptional throughout. One of the highlights was having each of the wines introduced and explained why they had been paired with the dishes.Food is as good as it looks and service was perfect without being overbearing. The only thing lacking is a non-alcoholic drink option to match the wine flight! 😉

Beautiful food in a great setting- inside or out. Staff were great. Real ales also very good.

Amazing food, and really great staff. Can't fault it at all.

What a nice little pub, with good beer and very good food. Obviously not cheap but worth every penny! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, fun and helpful. But let's be honest it's all about the food and they nailed it. Sitting outside in the sun was just an added bonus. Thanks for a lovely lunch we will be back.
