Prezzo in Aylesbury Vale

We've always loved the food there. Children eat up their dinners every time we go there which is quite a testament on its own. During the lockdown we ordered takeaway from Prezzo, I don't know how they managed to keep the presentation of food just as fantastic as when it's served in the restaurant. Not a single spaghetti out of place during the delivery. Calamari was so crunchy as if it just came out of the pan. Amazing!

Had a beautiful meal here last night - the whole venue was very Covid secure and the service was spot on. Our waitress was so attentive and personable from start to finish. She recommended dishes, complimented us on our choices and checked in more than once to make sure we were ok and enjoying the food and drink. Her service was so good we presumed she was a manager but when she took our bill payment she apologised as she was new!! She said she had transferred from the recently closed Tring branch. She certainly is an asset to Prezzo! To top this off the food was on point and I really feel that Prezzo has really improved over recent months. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a super time for my son's 16th. They made us all feel welcome despite the restrictions (which they all enforced without grumbling). Lovely food too, so much of it that we took some home for tomorrow.

Stay away from prezzo. Do not ever go there. Our party of 15 waited an hour if not longer for our food. Which was of a very low standard. One of the chefs also went to the toilet in his apron. We were also told we cannot split the bill as its company policy not to allow this. One positive is their pizza was good

Great food and very friendly staff. Food arrived quickly even though the restaurant was busy. Will be coming back soon.

Yesterday was the first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the fine cuisine and fine drinks and with the honest price. We will absolutely come back again.

Food is good. Unfortunately did not feel like it is a child friendly place due to the staff. Nobody even said good bye northank you.

New menu brings far less choice. We used to go here as an alternative to Pizza Express, but they are now virtually indistinguishable. Look online as you can almost always get a money off voucher for the food. The food was nice and well presented and the restaurant clean. While the service was acceptable, it was obvious the staff were having to work hard to keep up.

I don't usually write reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at Prezzo in Aylesbury yesterday. The staff were all very efficient, knowledgeable about the menu and polite. We never had to wait for very long for any aspect of the meal even though the restaurant was fairly busy and we hadn't booked. The food and drinks were excellent and good value, and the restaurant was a nice place to eat in too. Couldn't fault our dining experience.

Experienced quick service when I visited early evening, with drinks being served and order taken within 10 minutes of arrival. Food portions were generous, especially the pizzas which were large and came with ample toppings. The only criticism I have is that the staff were too attentive - asking us if "everything is okay" on three occasions!
