Great service and THE most delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful advising us on the best rum. Couldn’t fault it, lovely evening

Although the food when it eventually arrived was ok, we waited 90 minutes for a basic takeaway order on a Wednesday night. Two different delivery drivers told us they got to the restaurant to collect, and the order wasn't ready. We phoned the restaurant, who told us they were waiting for a driver and then hung up. And then to top it off, the drink ordered with the delivery was almost six months past it's best before date. Food ok, shocking service.

We have wanted to try this restaurant for a while and recently went for a birthday meal. It didn’t disappoint, food was lovely and the atmosphere just right. Already ordering a take away this weekWould highly recommend

Never in my life have I experienced such bad service. I traveled an hour to celebrate my son's birthday with my family at this restaurant. We had a table booked for half 8. Only half the table was seated and we had to wait another hour for the rest of our party to be seated.We waited over an hour and a half for drinks (including water for the kids). I witnessed the owner offer another frustrated customer out the back after a heated argument in the restaurant. There was 1 waitress and 1 bar person serving a fully booked restaurant (that's not including the 2 friends who were in town for a night out, who they called in to help)We saw at least 5 delivery drivers be turned away. The owner told us she'll be with us in 5 minutes about 10 times. Then to top it off, when we finally got our food, all of the kids food came out wrong!!! Thanks for ruining my son's birthday meal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First time here and will definitely be back. Great food and great customer service. The saltfish fritters were delicious!!!

A real shame the food is lovely but the service is worse than appalling! Starters really tasty rum punch to die for unfortunately after 1 hour 20 minutes we had still only had starters and there was only one other person in there ….. waitress didn’t seem to care much they serve really tasty food play great music but the service needs a massive shake up ! X

Had dinner here tonight, ambience awesome. Friendly staff. And the foooooood, OMG…it was amazing.

Food was pretty good however, the staff are terrible. Went today (Sunday) evening at 730pm, felt like we was forgotten about. The waiting staff need training and to understand the importance of customer service. One of the young ladies was more interested in having a conversation with her friend rather than seeing to us. She was really nice, apologetic etc, but even she said it's better if you come another day. They forget to tell me they didn't have the Jamaican slaw that came with my meal...so I paid the extra for what??!?! 🙄OverallDrinks were good, food was decent, music was decent but just a shame on the poor staffing.

A lovely restaurant with good food and vibes that's locally run. I can't wait to celebrate lots of upcoming things there. Food was amazing and staff were so lovely !! (Didn't get a pic of my food as I ate it too quick 🤣)

Absolutely fantastic! The first of its kind in Aylesbury as far as I know, but the level is superb!Food is on point, very tasty, staff is efficient, tidy and helpful! Atmosphere is very warm and inviting giving the theme and product a realistic feel of Jamaica in Aylesbury Town!!A definite return visit! Well done to The Management and Staff..👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
