Absolutely atrocious customer service! I am totally horrified!!! There was 2 items missing from our order, we called up to ask where they were and the person on the phone was so rude, shouting and swearing down the phone when all we were l, was polite and asking about theissing items. We weren't charged for the items so we asked to pay for them. The delivery driver turned up and refused to let us pay card or over the phone. We called the restaurant whilst the driver was at the door and their response was "we don't deliver to your area" and hung up. The driver was really rude saying things like he doesn't get paid enough for this.In the end we had to go in to the shop to actually recieve our original items! When we explained what had happened we were told that The delivery driver had said to them that we refused to pay at the door which is untrue . We were then told we would have to wait a further 15 minutes for the delivery driver to arrive to have the items that he had in his car! We explained that we weren't happy with that as it would be cold as it had been 10 minutes since he had driven away from our home.The rudeness I have experienced from them this evening has changed my opinion on them completely! My family have been using them for 15 years and it's safe to say tonight was the last time we ever order from them ever again!

Best Chinese takeaway in Aylesbury, in my opinion. Their prawn toast is better than any other I have tried and they have a great selection. And they are the only takeaway in Aylesbury that does 2L bottles of Dr. Pepper which earns them a good rating anyway from me.It is a shame they only accept Paypal and cash on the website. While it does not affect me personally, I know a couple people who don't order because they don't like paypal and would rather pay with card on the website.

Food is good but service is disgusting messed up original order had to wait 30 mins for missing food to be delivered and also extra dish that I didn't order had to be returned ! What they going to do send it out to someone else ?When missing food turned up was wrong phoned themThey laughed and said will have to wait 45 minsWhole meal was ruined ! Dont waste your time ! Double eight much better !

Ordered here because our usual was closedTook 1 hour 30 mins to arrive on a Wednesday. Rice was cold forgot one of our dishes and when we called back they just replied with we will give you it free next time.
