Best fish & chips in the area, which is really lucky for us as we live in the village. The fish is large, succulent and beautifully cooked and the chips are perfect. Karen is so genuine and hilarious, but a real pro. The younger staff also work brilliantly as a team and are always polite, even when things get really busy - thank you!

Taking orders, but absolutely no idea who ordered what! 20 minutes to wait for my order, which was completely wrong! had to go back for a refund of the difference. TEA RUINED! Won't be going back!

Fabulous light batter - delicious fish - good chips - what’s not to love.

Had a great takeaway experience last night. Great freshly cooked food. The cod is great and the chips are great and plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful. I will be back next weekend as ever. The new owner doing a great job👍

Nice. Good sized portion of fish and chips. The fish was very nice - nice and chunky and not dripping in fat. The batter was thin and crispy- more like a tempura which in my opinion is much better than the 'traditional' chippy batter. Currently stuffed!

If they stopped using the plastic trays not only would the chips be better, but also there would be less useless waste. Mine melted, rendering the bottom half of the food inedible.
