Absolutely amazing food. Service phenomenal. Cant wait for next time

Had a lovely family birthday lunch. Lots of people but service was on point. Food was enjoyed by all but the sharing plates for starters were worth a particular mention. Relaxed in the garden for drinks after eating where the children could play without fuss. Highly recommended.

We went for lunch / brunch the other week and as we walked in a waitress behind the bar burped in a chefs face and thought it was hilarious- we as a party of 6 didn’t find it so amusing! Not a good start from there we should have turned around and walked out there and then! Then there was some confusion on the booking about weather we could have lunch / brunch and the table being split and was quite rudely told by the manager it’s not in the T&C’s when my friend had specifically rang the night before asking the same question and was told it was fine to have mixed table - 4 for brunch and two none brunch. We all opted for lunch rather than brunch and my husbands beer battered fish was over cooked and no fish was inside the batter it was as dry as a bone like it had been cooked the day before and refried again, the waitresses was rude and cared more about what she looked like than customer service and curtly told us because there was a wedding on “they had a paid a lot of money to be here” like we weren’t paying customers too (our bill was over £300) they could have the doors open and took a priority over the gale blowing over our table and the fact we were freezing cold! Not once were we offered a solution to this. All in all for my first experience the food was bad the service was terrible which just left the day a real shame for us considering the distance we had traveled due to a recommendation

I dropped in with the family for Sunday lunch, and the atmosphere was fab. Comfortable seating, nice decor, great views overlooking fields, and nature. Perfect for summer months! Great service, helpful waitress, and excellent food. The portions were adequate, vast menu, served with a well-balanced space between each course. There's nothing whatsoever to fault.

Definitely worth a visit!Staff are so friendly especially our server Andrea who went above and beyond. She was so helpful with suggestions on the menu as I had a few allergies. The chefs produced the best pizza I have ever eaten and were so mindful with what I could and couldn't eat.We will definitely be back!

Love it here! We discovered the Betsey Wynne in December 2021 and have now been back 4 times for family meals, dinner as a couple and lunch with a friend (writing this in early Feb 2022). The Betsey Wynne gets it right every time. The food is amazing and the quality of ingredients makes the price absolutely worth it.

Excellent breakfast but not cheap at ÂŁ12 (coffee extra). Children's breakfast was good value at ÂŁ6. Is it me or is sourdough toast a quick way to a dentist's chair?

Food is always great, friendly staff and quick service.

Very nice pub, big car park. Great choice of food at a reasonable price. Good quality all around. Nice atmosphere. Lovely pizza from the pizza oven that is in full view of the dining area. I've been quite a few times and have never been disappointed with the wide choice of food that we have had. Well worth a visit.

Great selection of food I opted for the chorizo scotch eggs for started, bacon and cheese house burger for main and banoffee sundae for dessert. Overall the food was lovely with a great atmosphere and the staff were very attentive always checking the food was good and on hand for your next drink.
