·

Itta charming NT building and Chiltern brewery Dona nice job running it with a bot of class. A welcome oasis in Aylesbury.

·

A really nice old pub with a coach yard. Sit back and drink in the history. It's run by Chiltern Breweries. Only 4 stars as I don't like many of their beers.

·

A proper old traditional pub in Aylesbury town centre. A brilliant selection of ales and other drinks. Friendly, well presented staff who are knowledgeable about the local beers they are serving. A relaxed atmosphere and the perfect place to have an enjoyable drink away from all of the other noisy pubs in the town. There is a nice courtyard to sit out if the weather is nice, with plenty of tables available. The function room is also very nice and again, staff were very accomodating when I had attended a private function upstairs. The food was great and service was efficient and friendly

·

Historic/quaint location. A change from normal pub beers as run by a brewery. Good food. Well worth a visit.

·

The food and ambience in this delightful pub is always excellent. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff there were so helpful as the shop was closed and I enjoy some of the produce sold there. They actually went and retrieved some for me. My friends who have never visited the pub also enjoy the produce so I have to get supplies for them as well. My brother-in-law, who lives in Devon, always looks forward to a visit.

Very nice place to go. Would recommend the Flat Iron Steak. Friendly staff and overall a good experience.

·

A hidden gem with a narrow entrance that opens up into a beautiful courtyard. An excellent drinks menu and a neat little coffeehouse make this a venue I shall be visiting again shortly.

·

Lovely old place with a pretty courtyard. Went this morning for a breakfast toastie from the Food Hall. Very tasty and friendly service. Took a friend who doesn't like Aylesbury at all, but this was a new side of the town for him. This is a charming little oasis in the town and well worth a visit.
