Always a welcoming pub with a wide range of well kept beverages available. Plenty to look at as well as every nook and cranny has interesting items, art and artefacts on display.Highest recommendation.

Excellent pub with simply amazing patrons. Great friendly welcome and really good fresh beers on tap. Food wasn't bad either and I would have given it a 5 star rating if not for the super delay in getting food order filled. That said, it is a cosy looking pub with lots of authentic countryside charm. Love it.

First pub I've been to since moving to Wendover a year ago. Really friendly staff, great food and Guinness. Good sized portions, my daughter couldn't finish her delicious chips. Will be coming back.

Very hospitable, friendly pub with good pub food. We went as a large group of friends, preordered food and sat under cover outdoors. The pub made us feel very welcome and catered for all our needs. Much appreciated.

Lovely range of drinks, including delicious craft beers. Yummy food, friendly staff, great atmosphere and a lovely selection of books for those in search of a a chilled afternoon.
