Very friendly and helpful staff even though they were very busy. Treated us as if we were the only people in the pub

Strange place. Waiter tried taking our starters away mid eating and talking to each other as only 1 of the three plates was empty. Chicken fahitas was awful, burnt black onions stuck to the bottom of the skillet with fresh chucked on top almost like it hadn't been cleaned from precious use, tastless and burnt wraps. OH was in stitches about the 5g of grated cheese that came with it, and his buttermilk burger was a dry as a tyre. I get cheap food you get what you okay for but sadly its not one place we will return to even for the price

Had a lovely meal. Table available as soon as we arrived. Food came out quickly was really tasty and at a reasonable price. Staff were helpful and polite. Couldn't ask for more and I would definitely recommend.Update: Visited for a second time late December and again food was delicious came in a timely manner again the whole experience was excellent.

Absolutely rubbish. Waited one hr for meal. Chicken still frozen at the bottom. Manager said it should be OK we used a prob. A prob only tells you the temperature of the food to serve when put in centre. Then waited 30 minutes still no desert asked a waitress. Then had to ask another member of staff 30 minutes later. Ice cream desert needs no cooking. Never going to eat the again.

Arrived to be greeted with apologies and left to find own table as no staff. Should have known we were in for a bad evening.Tried to order food from app, but most of what we wanted was unavailable.Went to bar to have confirmed that all the nachos were gone. Changed starter, ordered mains and drinks.Waitress then appeared to say 2nd choice of starter unavailable so made a 3rd choice! Finally arrived.Mains arrived. Not too bad.Other party began to complain about raw meat on the ribs that had ordered. Not very appetising. Our roast chicken was served without gravy so very dry.Went to order puddings to find out most were unavailable too!!!!.As we were leaving several pre booked parties arrived to be told they were no longer serving food.Dismally service. Will not be returning.

What a nice surprise!!We visited here as we had been visiting Warwick Castle and this was our "cheap eat" after a day of being held to ransom!Well, cheap in value yes, but cheap in quality? No. 8 of us ate. 4 adults and 4 kids, all agreed the food was above and beyond expectations!! Not to mention the awesome welcome and amazing service by Alesha and the rest of the staff on.A poster I read whilst using the exceptionally clean bathroom facilities states that sizzling pubs is aiming to be number 1 for budget restaurants... Well if this is anything to go by, they really will be. We'll blooming done. We even ordered deserts as we were so impressed! Thanks from us at table 12!! 😎😁
