If you are staying in Travelodge hotel why pay over £9 for breakfast when you can walk across the road for 1/4 of the price for fleshly cooked.

Had a lovely family meal ordered from the app which was very simple. Food was lovely and staff were friendly.

Called for breakfast this morning. No porridge unfortunately. The large breakfast was the usual that Wetherspoons offers although one of the sausages had a piece of bone in it.The tired interior is in need of a total refurbishment. The staff were wonderful.

Lovely pub with nice staff behind bar and serving meals, only gripe this time was my bbq melt the chicken was crunchy and not the best I've tasted thee a lot to pay for a meal which is substandard but as I say this is unusual

Been for breakfast a few times now with varying degrees of satisfaction.Yesterday though was enough to put me & my partner off returning.Used the app to order breakfast, it seemed to take forever - would have been much quicker going to the bar although maybe not as there appeared nobody serving. No orange juice available.Half the menu on one of the coffee machines was unavailable too when I got to it.Two breakfasts ordered, didn't take long to arrive and when they did, what a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Plate cold, baked beans cold, sausages & mushroom barely warm, bacon cold, eggs over cooked but cold, 'toast' was kind of coloured rubbery bread and yup also COLD. The only thing hot was the hash browns. My partner wouldnt let me complain as we've all seen those awful clips of what happens when food is returned to a kitchen, so we ate what was edible and left the rest. When approached by a server to check how breakfast was, we told him in no uncertain terms that it was served cold. There was no apology, offer of management input or refund, instead his response was "I've heard of worse" and then he started retelling the tale of another customer which I really didn't want to hear so he was asked to stop. All in all, I wish we had gone somewhere else, paid a bit more and had a breakfast we could eat & enjoy. Lesson learnt for next time!

The place looks great from outside. Inside is a bit run down. The food is nice. Quickest service I've ever gotten in a pub. The food was hot and awaiting by the time I made my way to the table with drinks from the till. Staff are friendly. I wish they upgraded this place a bit. So yes, would recommend this place for a quick, no fuss, no frills, solid meals any day. .

Always try and stop here for a meal pre or post show at the Waterside Theatre across the road. Typical Wetherspoons ridiculous value for money, varied menu and speed of service... can't fault it. Having said that, the staff seem to be run off their feet trying to do the bar as well as clear tables... maybe employ a few more?

Nice, clean pub with decent bar staff and atmosphere. Food is also pretty decent here aswell with wait time not being to long and food arriving warm and as described. Would recommend both eating and drinking here

Had dinner and breakfast there. Great choice of drinks. Both dinner and breakfast - quite a lot of things unavailable from menu.
