This store is horrendous for online orders. Far too many items missing or substituted. Worst though, is that so many items delivered have a very short use-by-date. This store is dumping short-life food, at full price, on delivery customers as store customers won't buy it.. I've switched to Ocado and Sainsbury's.

Store is modern, tidy and in a nice location next to the canal basin and Waterside Theatre. Staff are polite, attentive and the parking is free.Only area that could do with improvement would be to refurbish and deep clean the customer toilets and customer lifts.

Easy parking in a multi storey which is free to Waitrose shoppers. The place is clean and tidy with plenty of choice. It is well staffed and everyone goes out of their way to help!

Helpful friendly staff, good quality products, car park on first floor with lift or stairs to ground floor to Waitrose, delivery service also available if you can't get into the store 🍎🍎🚚

I work at Waitrose & Partners in Aylesbury and we open and close at 7:30am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday. I have updated the times on Google very often but they get changed back which is annoying!

I use this shop most days in aylesbury, there are some very helpful people on the tills who go above and beyond , I always have to wait 5 mins plus to purchase cigarettes at the end of my shop . There seems to be a lot of staff wandering around with ear pieces , maybe they should be serving customers ? 🤔 I would say the customer service needs to be seriously addressed as it does not match the brand standards!!!

Nice big shop with wide aisles meaning I could navigate around on my disability scooter without getting in other shoppers way.The staff were all bright, cheerful and very helpful. There were plenty of them too.
