Agra Balti in Basingstoke and Deane

Came in for dinner last week. Service was great, staff were chatty and nice. Food was good - they make a cracking Vindaloo!

Delicious food but the quality of the meat is what makes it fail. Too tough & chewy.

Delicious comfort food. Taste was beautifully balanced. Delivered by a friendly staff member. First time ordering here, but will defintely not be the last time. Highly recommend.

Had the chicken balti not a lot of chicken 4 pieces and loads of massive onions when I asked to take it off my bill they gave me 10% off other food was average

Used before and was good and delivered to us fine, but today used for dinner, ordered online and the website said that we were out of their delivery area but we could continue for a fee of £3.00 which was fine. It said it should be between 6.45 and 7.00, at 7.15 it was still not here so we rang and they said they did not realise how far out we were and they were going to call us to explain but they did not ,and as they accepted it they were going to honour it. They said it would be OK to order again but only on weekends. 5 minutes later the delivery driver arrived and handed us the food and said manager said do not order from us again which we found very rude service, so don't worry we will not use you again. Food was OK though, chicken quite dry though.

First time having a meal here and have to say the reviews did not disappoint.....the staff were lovely and very attentive & suggested we try a couple of starters and the agra grill-which was delicious, especially as I am not a fan overly hot spicy food...overall enjoyed a lovely evening here.Will definitely dine here again when next inBasingstoke

we ordered tonight for first time , I have been looking forward to the restaurant opening again for dine in as we have recently moved to the top of town and I thought we would try home delivery before booking when restrictions are lifted.Well, we were not disappointed, it was delivered on time, hot and so tasty, portions were generous and it all tasted fresh .The website made it really easy to order on line and there was lots of choice, some old faves, and some dishes we have not tried before.can't wait to visit the restaurant

opted to order online and collect from them. Ordering process was very straightforward. Food was ready promptly at the time requested. I was served by a very cheerful and friendly young lady who I believe is the owner of the business. The food was hot, tasty , with succulent meat and prawns, all seasoned in their different sauces. Very happy. Will be going again, Hope to eat in again one day instead of takeaway.

Great food and service, it is very nice to see a few unusual dishes on the menu. We really liked the tandoori dishes and the duck dishes, as pictured. The restaurant itself is a little dated, but not much more so than the competitors along this road. I can safely recommend this restaurant for a good meal, some unique dishes and great service. With a little work to improve the interior it would be a clear 5 stars, but for now a solid 4.5 stars. Well worth a visit!
