Tasty, very reasonably priced, generous portions and friendly delivery staff I very much look forward tucking into thier food. Gkad to support them as local business within the vicinity of my residence.

Must have popped by on 5/6 different occasions at varying hours just to grab a quick rice dish and the place is literally never open . Are you lot still in business ? Wouldn't be surprised if not the foods terrible anyway but as living in the area thought would at least be convenient

Ridiculous! Don’t even bother trying to order from here, 2 hour wait trying to call up minimum every time I’ve tried. Food is bang average anyway wouldn’t bother save yourself. Learn customer service

Very disappointed with the quality of the food. We always ordered from this place and it was always lovely. Today we received our usual order in 20 minutes (it normally takes 1hour) and to our surprise, the food was just horrible! The sweet and sour sauce had a consistency like jelly and tasted funny, the crispy chilli beef had white marks all over, barely no sauce and I can honestly say it seems like it was microwaved. I have pictures of it, but unfortunately I cannot post them here. We can see that there has been a few recent bad reviews, so I'm not sure if anything changed. We will think twice before ordering from here again.

Good size portions, tend to be quick. Convenient for people living in Black Dam if they don’t want to go to town. Beijing Chicken is really good, Chow mein and Egg Fried Rice are what you expect but still perfectly acceptable.

Ordered set meal for 4 people and only for 2 came. Argued with me when called up and then had the cheek to charge and extra £8 to get the correct one delivered. Never using them again rude woman in the phone and manager no better

First time I’ve ordered from black dam, wont be again. Satay chicken had a whole pineapple cut up in it! Hardly any chicken. Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was basically chicken balls with a little sauce. Got charged 1.80 delivery and 1.20 extras (whatever that is?)

Have used this place about 10 years ago and was great. Have ordered chinese tonight and it is horrible. Ordered a variety of things ny husbands beef curry had oil settled on top of it. I ordered sweet and sour chicken hong kong style it was chicken balls with a bit of sauce. Also ordered crispy chilli beef which is grey and disgusting. I phoned to complain and all that was said is its the same recipes we have used for 20 years i beg to differ! Never again!!!! I would rather go hungary! Even the prawn crackers were disgusting!!! Shame on you balck dam chinese kitchen!!!!!!!

If there was a option for 0 stars I would of gave it, the egg fried rice was mush and horrible, the chicken curry was dry and horrible, the chicken chew main was very bland and under cooked and chicken was dry, grilled dumpling were horrible, the prawn crackers were stale, the stir Fried casew nuts with duck was terrible the duck was hard and could not be eaten, vegetable spring rolls were soggy and tasted disgusting, pineapple fritters were under cooked and tasted disgusting and musy, mushroom curry was very hard and undercooked was not worth the amount we paid 4 people and 1 pregnant lady was left hungry will never use again and would not recommend to anyone was the worst Chinese we all have ever eaten. Waste of 56 pound

I have used this Chinese For quite a few years, and I have never had any problems. Delivery is on the slightly long side, but they have always let me know when ordering how long I can expect to wait. The food is always excellent, arrives hot and portion size I would say is on the large side (for me anyways!)
