Burger King in Basingstoke and Deane

Presentation of food is immaculate!! Food tastes on point and service is very fast although one of the drinks machines gets jammed sometimes so bare that in mind.

a bit on the pricey side but you can taste the difference between bk and mcdonalds. menu is limited however

Not very happy with Burger King Basingstoke!On arrival, it was extremely difficult to understand the foreign staff, so ordering the meal was a huge battle.When sat down , chips were barely warm and bacon double cheeseburger was cold.They did however swap the burger for a freshly cooked hot replacement, but this issue needs closer attention so it doesn't happen again.The toilet was also locked, so couldn't use.I was however happy with the drinks refills option.

Digital screens make ordering much easier and self serve drinks are a good shout also

Argentinian Angus burger is amazing with Great flavour and spice. The meat tastes like real meat, not that McDonald's "hypertasty" stuff. Obviously the food isn't the healthiest with a single burger coming in at 800+ calories (very dense indeed!) but easy to forgive as fast food. Solid.

Now I like a burger king as much as the next person. And they have have managed to up the milk shake game recently but avoid the one in Basingstoke. Its almost like a deliveroo hub. They seem to concentrate on the orders for delivery more than the ones for the actual customers. Long waiting times and they don't care. What started off as a quick bit of food ended taking forever.

Decided to give burger king a try after avoiding the last few years due to drop in quality, whished I hadn't bothered.Expensive for what you get, poor quality poor service, overall underwhelmed by the experience do yourself a favour walk the few extra steps to mcdonalds they might not be amazing but compared to this is a huge leap up

I will never use you again i ordered my meal at 7 30 and it didn't arrive until 935 2hrs 35 mins waiting for an order is just taking the p and when it did arrive it was cold so i will be telling all my friends and i have 4 grown up children and the havegrown children i will be putting it on facebook so everyone knows how bad i was treated your service is rubbish

Free whopper day. Service was quick. Even though it was quite busy. Staff were friendly.

Best put together burger IV ever had and IV had plenty. Had a big king XL and it stayed completely neat right to the last bite. Good service as any BK
