Cafe retreat in Basingstoke and Deane

Nice cafe, good food and good value.

2 sizes of ‘luxury’ hot chocolate on the menu… opted for the smaller and got 100ml of liquid. Less than half the takeaway cup? Yes I measured it. Usually good so disappointed with this.

We thought we would try it out. The staff seemed nice and the food we had was nice, just a tad on the expensive side for a cafe.

Very impressed, clean efficient friendly. Fast service. Good food. Definitely will return.

Excellent full English breakfast. I'm looking forward to trying their smoothies and waffles as well. Best of all; really really good customer service. They even opened the door as people arrived and left. Just remember to take cash as they don't take card. The cash machine next door charges £1 for cash withdrawals, but there's a free one at Sainsbury's that's just over the road.

What a lovely cafe. Very tasty food especially the milkshakes! Good price, clean and parking just outside. Thank you guys.

1st time I’ve been here and I wasn’t disappointed. Had the B3 English brekkies, freshly cooked with really good service added in. Good value. Would I go again…you bet

Very good experience here. Fully recommend the food, my wife had an omelette and I had a full breakfast which was very good. The staff are very polite and always quick to serve with a😀👋we on recommend it.

Very good food, friendly staff. All round good cafe. Knocked a star because they don't take cards, which seems odd these days.
