Charcoal Grill in Basingstoke and Deane

Shocking delivery phoned up after 1hr of waiting to find out where my order was got told driver was already out and that it would be about 5 minutes I have now waited 1hr and 37 mins for my order and it is still not here. If you cant keep up with your orders maybe employe some more staff. Will never order from here again!

Order was 2.5hrs late. (Yes, really). After 15+ phone calls with the extremely dismissive and rude ''Owner'', the food finally showed up. It was stone cold and even if it WAS hot, looked like it was thrown together from old scraps off the floor. My number had since been blocked by both the store and ''owner'' (he had to call me originally from his personal number). Genuinely the worst food service I've ever recieved. 0/10 would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting food and service. Ordered through just eat, told it would be 40-50 minutes. After 3 phone calls and being told it was 5 minutes away, eventually arrived after 1 hour 55 minutes, it was of sub standard quality and as expected stone cold.... Called to complain and ask for a refund, was told I had to raise my complaint with just eat... I wouldn't recommend this place at all, avoid at all costs.

Food was 2 hours late, I called repeatedly and they kept telling me it was on the way. Cancelled through just eat in the end and it showed up about 20 mins after that. Driver was on the phone to the shop guy who was kicking off telling me I won’t get a refund. I was telling him I already did though just eat and I didn’t want food I ordered 2.5 hours ago. Anyway he took food back and I got money. Wouldn’t bother again as not the first bad experience we had with them. Food is rank, staff are horrible

My wife ordered two pizzas and a kebab and chips, the pizzas were fine the kebab was inedible however. We ordered early and clearly got leftovers from the day before. The meat was so dry you could use it to start a fire, the chips were stale in the middle and overly crispy on outside. They have saved themselves a few pennies using rank leftovers but they have lost themselves a potential new customer

The worst pizza I ever tasted!!🤮. The sauce was too bland. Chicken was scattered in and around 3 to 4 pieces on an 18’ pizza. Wasted around £14 on this!!!!

Horrible tasting food. Burgers came burnt, had no salad or sauce. Chips were extremely oily. On top of that, had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes and they were dismissive on the phone.This place needs to be shut down.

The worst take away I ever ordered. I never had to just put it all in the bin, but this was inedible.The liters of oil that the food was cooked in leaked all over the bag covering all the food in it. The salad tasted old and like it was sitting in the plastic bags for hours and the chips were soggy. The meat was grizzle and fat only and quite frankly disgusting. The restaurant would only sent us a new order of the same food. No refund of course. Do not order from there.

I'm giving two stars because I fully understand this is not fine dining and is not an expensive meal, but that's about where the praise ends.For the price you pay, the quality is really not great. Most items don't come with salad, sauce or anything bar the item itself.Ordered a chicken wrap? Then you shall receive a wrap with chicken, nothing more. Cheese is an additional £1 though...At time of writing, the wrap in the image was £8.50 to give you an idea of what I mean.The portions are small, the quality is bad and frankly it's overpriced for what it is. Sorry guys!If it's 2am and you're trashed out of your head, you could do worse. If this is your option for a sober evening meal, consider one of the many other establishments in Basingstoke.

Disgusted isnt even the word, I ordered a chicken shish kebab and this it what I got, the mayonnaise tastes absolutely grim and the meat looks and tastes like it has been on the kitchen side for a bloody week. Will not be going back again.
